| 1 | Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. NOTE: Maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor. |
| 2 | Providing & applying one coat of exterior primer of approved brand like Berger Weathercoat Exterior Primer or Asian Paints Damp Sheath Advance Exterior Primers suitable for Acrylic Smooth exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg / 10 sqm. at all height including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. NOTE: Maximum height of job required at site is 12m. More than 3m height job requires metallic scaffolding as per IS 2750. Arranging the scaffolding materials and making scaffolding is in the scope of contractor. |

No. 02) of M/s Asian Paints-Apex Weatherproof Emulsion or M/s Berger Weathercoat Glow over the plain plastered/sand face/rough cast plaster/pointing surface/RCC jali/RCC fins at locations as required on old wall surface (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) at all height including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.
