Name of Work:- CERTAIN B/R REPAIRS TO DSC GUARD POST AND E/M INSTALLATION AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA
Sl. No. Item Description
1Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in any description and removing/disposal off from the site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
2Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
3Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
4Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material and labour for rough cast plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer not less than 10mm cement plaster (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of (1: 1: 1) shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
8Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
9Material and labour for preparation of existing treated surface of walls/pillars /cornices etc. by removing/scraping all loose paint, treatment, dust, dirt and other foreign matter using broom, paint brush, sand paper, wall sander or any other suitable means as required. The item includes filling of nail holes, pin holes and hairline cracks with approved putty wherever required and prepared to obtain a smooth and even finish. Thereafter, applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) of approved make and shade as per surface condition matching the existing, applying by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour for preparing the surface and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) of approved make and shade to walls/pillars /cornices surfaces (over any type of surface new or old prepared after complete removal, and applying putty etc.) over one coat of cement primer suitable for OBD, paint and primer applying by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material and labour for preparing the surface and applying 02 coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint/shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 6 sq.m/litre/2 coats to external walls / Soffits of Chajjas / Roof Projections / Cantilevers / Balcony etc. (over any type of surface new or old prepared after complete removal, and applying putty etc) over and including a coat of exterior primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat (primer shall be same make as acrylic emulsion paint), paint and primer applying by using airless spray gun complete all as specified and as directed.Brand and Make of exterior acrylic emulsion paint: - Apex Ultima of Asian / Weather Coat antidust of Berger / Weather shield Protect of Dulux / Excel Mica Marble of NerolacBrand and Make of primer for external : - Seal O Primer of Berger / Smart Care Primero of Asian / Excel Alkali Prime of Nerolac / Weather Shield Alkali Bloc of Dulux
12Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of ceiling by remove / scraping down all loose treatment etc with using broom, wire brush or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for preparation of old treated surfaces (plastered / unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by remove / scraping down all loose treatment etc with using broom, wire brush or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
14Material and labour for preparation of existing external treated surface of walls / Soffits of Chajjas / Roof Projections / Cantilevers / Balcony etc. by removing/scraping all loose paint, treatment, dust, dirt and other foreign matter using broom, paint brush, sand paper, wall sander or any other suitable means as required. The item includes filling of nail holes, pin holes, minor undulations and hairline cracks with approved acrylic putty wherever required and prepared to obtain a smooth and even finish. Thereafter, applying one coat of exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make as per surface condition, shade and tint (Company Depot Tinted) matching the existing colour, having a spreading rate of approximately 11-13 Sqm per litre per coat, using paint roller/brush or airless spray gun. The rate shall also include application of additional coats, wherever necessary, to achieve uniform shade, proper coverage and smooth finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Brand and Make of exterior acrylic emulsion paint: - Apex Ultima of Asian / Weather Coat antidust of Berger / Weather shield Protect of Dulux / Excel Mica Marble of Nerolac
15Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning the surface free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter and surface imperfections by rubbing down with emery paper/sand paper or by other approved means to obtain a clean, smooth and even surface and further applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and tint, each coat applied by brush only after proper preparation and complete drying of the preceding coat, to produce a smooth, uniform, durable and aesthetically acceptable finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
17Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
18Dismantling of interlocking tile/paver block/brick/chequered tile etc (laid flat or on edge etc) laid dry or pointed complete all as specified and as directed.
19Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 2.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and as directed
20Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 2.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and as directed
21Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, benching/coping of manholes/drains, coping, mud stops, packing sides/around of interlocking tiles, kerbs, bed block, thrust block, for embedded posts & similar work etc at ground and normal height including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
22Material and labour for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), Type-B-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floors, pavement, hardstanding and finishing the surface of concrete topping even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.
23Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
24Material and labour for providing and laying chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm × 300mm × 25mm thick, manufactured by the table vibratory method using PU/rubber moulds, made from cement, graded aggregates, grey cement with approved mineral pigments, having approved pattern and texture, laid as in floors, footpaths, walkways and similar locations. The tiles shall be laid true to line, level and required slope, set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00 kg per square metre, over the prepared bed/sub base (sub base bed measured and paid separately), filling joints with white/grey cement mixed with matching pigment, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supply and laying/fixing 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-35 grade, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern (laid in required colour & pattern as directed) as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
26Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed
27M&L for providing Non-skid tiles (approved shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (square/rectangular), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B1b, having thickness not less than 7mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, laid as in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles (any shade in any pattern of light & dark, with or without highlighters etc as approved), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, having thickness not less than 7mm, Premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, size of tile 350x250mm/ 450x300mm or any size between area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm thick as direcetd as in Vertical Surface/Dado etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
29M&L for providing vitrified tiles (approved light shade), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B Ia, having thickness not less than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 0% to 0.5%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (square/rectangular), as in Flooring and connected skirting, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick for floor and 10mm for skirting in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
30M&L for providing vitrified tiles (approved light shade), as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B Ia, having thickness not less than 8mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 0% to 0.5%, straight edge/rectified, stain free, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm (square/rectangular), as in Flooring and connected skirting, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White/Coloured Cement, laid over and including Screed Bed 15mm thick for floor and 10mm for skirting in Cement Mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.
31Dismantling of stone slab tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Material and labour 16-18mm thick approved shade Granite (like dark black, mahroom etc), machine cut, duly factory grinding and polishing (table rubbed and polished), as in table tops, steps, treads, risers, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, for counter sunk wash basin, Reception Counter and like or similar locations where directed, set & jointed in and including neat cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed, and pointing in white cement mixing with pigment to match with shade of slab, including cutting, dressing, edge finishing, rounding of exposed edges where required, including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (i) Single piece should be used in steps/jambs/shelves, equal to width of slab (ii) The rate shall be deemed to include for accommodating holes/openings for gas pipes in kitchen cooking platforms and cutting for countertop/table top and for under-counter wash basins, wherever required to suit the dimensions of the item being fixed. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account.
33Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, Kota stone size of slab not less than 550x500mm, as in flooring, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
34Material and labour for providing and fixing machine-cut Kota stone slabs, 16–18mm thick (minimum), of approved quality, colour and shade, in stair treads, risers, landings, skirting, dado, pillar cladding and other similar locations, cut to the required size and shape, dressed true, set and jointed in position over and including a 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) screed bed, laid to the required line, level and slope, with neat cement slurry. The work shall include cutting, dressing, trimming, machine finishing, forming mitred joints where required, rounding or chamfering exposed edges, pointing joints with white cement mixed with suitable matching pigment to match the colour and shade of the stone, rubbing, grinding and final polishing by machine/hand-held polishing machine to produce a smooth, even and lustrous finish, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
