| 1 | Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), including making good the disturbed portions to match the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. |

Frame (88 mm x 52 mm), sliding sash (42 mm x 67 mm), sliding mesh sash (42 mm x 57 mm), sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter) (45.5 mm x 28 mm), glazing bead (24.5 mm x 16 mm), mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water, etc., and making arrangements for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2 mm (±0.2 mm) thick galvanised steel reinforcement: frame (30 mm x 18 mm) – 2 Nos, sliding sash (30 mm x 18 mm), sliding mesh sash (26 mm x 10 mm), profile to be inserted in required sections. Frame fixed to wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners. Hardware comprising touch lock of zinc alloy (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average aperture width of 1.40 mm, and all other required accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: The unit rate quoted by the contractor excludes cost of glass but includes all other connected accessories.
