For spray application, using any airless spary system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure. Providing and applying the 2nd coat @ 1 kg per sqm using the soft brush, roller or Spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface . Providing and applying 45 Gsm Fiber cloth over the 1st coat, when substrate till the coat is tacky. Providing and applying 3rd coat @ 1 kg per sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.2 mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification. |
