| 2 | Comprehensive operation and maintenance of Smart Prepaid Energy Meters (3-ph meters-150 Nos ,1-ph meters -1750 Nos) incl project implementation and management, all expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing and maint complete all as specified and directed.Notes:(i) All available Smart Prepaid Energy Meters are of M/s Secure ltd (Tech specifications as per IS-16444)(ii) Quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of telecom network charges, NB-IOT , OTP charges for User and service provider & DLT charges. (iii) Quoted rates deemed to be incllusive of OEM meter token genaration and same shall be reflected in meter and user account.(iv) Contractor should execute MOU with M/S Secure server for maintainance of meters installed at Airforce Station Sulur |

| 4 | Attending day to day Smart Prepaid Energy Meter related complaints like faulty meter readings, non display of readings in meters, error data in meters, non recharging of meter through MES TVS App, over consumption related issues, server problem etc by attending the complaints physically to respective locations by applying necessary engineering efforts to rectify the complaints duly liasion with the respective server technician complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Notes applicable for item No 3.00 :- (a) The contractor has to attend above mentioned job in domestic area of Air Force Stn Sulur.(b) The Smart prepaid energy meters are installed at respective individual accomodations. Intimation of attending complaints shall be informed to concerned JE/Engr-in Charge well in advance. Feedback on rectification/any fault in perticular meter to be informed on daily basis.(c) Daily complaints pertains to Smart prepaid energy meters shall be collected from CMDS SCADA Room, record of complaints/complaint slip showing qtr No, bldgs No, location nature of job supported with users signature after rectification shall be prepared as per format directed & shall be deposited to concerned JE E/M within 24 hrs. Updation of complaints should be done on daily basis at SCADA Sys duly submitting the user signature copy at SCADA Room.(d) The cost of replacement of new Smart Prepaid energy meter is not included in the quoted rate.(e) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 6 hrs after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under. (f) If the delay is more then 6 hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 1000/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptartment.(g) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.(h) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for small pieces of electrical cable of size upto 6 sqmm single core in required lengths but not exceeding 0.50m. |
