| 22 | All as per ser No. 20 above but for GI tubing of 80 mm bore to 100 mm bore.Note : - (i) The complaints for the above works shall be registered by contractor at the complaint cell of AGE Reasi.(ii) Stationary required such as complaint book job proper record shall be maintained by the contractor.(iii) Tools and transport with driver for attending of above complaints shall be arranged by contractor.(iv) The rate quoted by the contractor for above jobs under item No 20 to 22 shall be issued and measured separately under relevant item.(v) The above complaintes shall be completed within 12 Hrs of the registration of the complaints.(vi) The stores required for the works under item No 18 to 20 shall be issued and measured separately under relevant item.(vii) Excavation, returning/ filling shall be measured and paid separtely.(viii) Amount of Rs. 300 per complaint will be penalised if complaint is not attended with in 24 Hours.(ix) A complaint register will be maintained by the contractor bearing details of every complaint attended shall be entered by the contractor daily including details like building No, Location etc, and the register shall be signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-Charge. The register will be submitted alongwith RAR/ Final bill for technical check. |
