Name of Work:- PROVISION OF PQC ROAD FOR APPROACH TO EXISTING ROAD GATE NO 2 AT LEKHAWADA GANDHINAGAR UNDER GE(I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

5Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
6M&L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in asingle layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread andleveling on the subgrade by using motor grader ofadequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of theMaximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
7SLaying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works,2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
8Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressivestrength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid byelectron ic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drumsmooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessaryfinishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
9M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and as directed.Note: No additional amount to be paid for overlap.
10Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HOPE shee (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete as specified and directed.
11Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum meltingtemperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause, 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete as specified and directed
12Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete as specified and directed.
13Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of POC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.
14Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bi cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and othe debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealan complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed
15Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1 J3rd to 1 /41h the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.
16Forming embankments including raising (for lowening) earth spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc not exceeding 1.5 Mtr high from base by using soil available from excavation all as directed . Note: Soil obtained from excavation shall be used for forming embakments.
17Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
18M&L for Plain Cement concrete1:4:8 (type D-2) ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
19M&L for RCC M-30 as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; slant beams; bases for columns, etc complete all as specified and directed.
20M&L for RCC M-30 Walls, Retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.
21M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
22Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
24S&F in 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in wheep holes complete all as specified and as directed.
25M&L for using Graded coarse aggregate 20 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified and direted.
26M&L for using Graded coarse aggregate 63- 40 mm as in invert filter complete all as specified and directed.
27M&L for sand filling as in invert filter , and back filling etc. including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.
28M&L for Brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
29M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
