1Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.
3Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed brought in to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggragate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand).
4Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu- reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in:-
5Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunching, cantilever, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.
6Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.
7Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts
8Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3 (1 cement : 11/2 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
9Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.
10Providing & Laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3 (1 cement : 11/2 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-
11Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.
12Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing andreinforcement :
13Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.
14Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)
15Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. (2nd class deodar wood)
16Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 cm da bolts nuts and wooden pluges and embencing in C.C. block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
17Providing and Fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. (2nd class deodar wood)
18Providing and Fixing wire gauge shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clearstory windows i/c bright finished black iron enamelled hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick (2nd class deodar wood)
196mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand)
2015 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)
21Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

33Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface.
34Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture
35Dismantling of GI Pipe from trenches with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

50Providing,Laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) G.I. pipes of following dia (H/M class) conforming to IS:1239-1990(Part - I ) (latest upto date amendments) of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4 m-6 m with plain ends and jointed with MS Flanges conforming to IS:6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges as per IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00mm in thickness as per IS:2712-1998. & butt welded joints. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of Pipes conform to IS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches, welding of flanges/butt welding will be measured and paid for seperately)

52Providing and welding G.I flanges @ 25% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end IS 3589:2001 pipe in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of API pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts.
