1Synthetic Volleyball CourtPreparation of subgrade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 meters. with earth or quarry spoils etc. and rerolling the subgrade.
2Supply and laying of RBM incl spreading, levelling and consolidation (power road roller 8-10 tonne capacity) to required gradient camber including all carriage complete job.
3Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate, moorun and stone screening at site incl. laying of water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate, stone screening and binding material incl. screening sorting spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller 8-10 tonne capacity will all carriages complete base course (G2) with (63-45) mm size incl. stone screening 13.2 mm size. complete incl carriage for an average lead of 60 Km (finished work to be measured)
4Providing and laying wet mix macadam on prepared sub grade/sub base with crushed quarry stone aggregate of specified grading as per IRC/MOST specification including mixing crushed material with predetermined quantity of water in accordance with specification to form dense mass which is spread and rolled with vibratory roller 80/100KN capacity speed of which should not exceed 5KM/Hour for each layer, rolling should continue till 98% density is achieved to approved grade and X-section the mixing is to be prepared in approved mech, mixing plant of suitable capacity including laying of cold emulsion with pressure sprayer at the rate 0.75 kgs/sqm complete, including cost of all materials, all leads lifts octroi charge taxes etc.
5P/F of artificial UV resistanat polyethylene synthetic grass with rigid monofilment yarn, 40mm pile height and 1250g/sqm pile weight with total carpet weight not less than 2500g/sqm and infiill in the ratio of 2:1 with sand(size of sand 0.2mm-1.0mm) 15mm (minimum)height and Rubber 8mm(minimum)height infill weight not less than 2.25kg/sft .The stitch rate per meter should be minimum of 285 All line marking shall be white, unless in the drawings. line marking shall be sitched 'tufted' material (painted lines are not acceptable) the carpet should be laid as per the manufacturers manual incl. All applicable taxes, Lavies, Octoria, transportation loading/unloading complete.
6Supply of Volleyball post set of standard quality and make made of heavy duty 75mm round steel pipe with telescopic system for height adjustment, provided with wheels for smooth shifting and levelers to adjust height on uneven surfaces, complete including all applicable taxes, royalties, lavies etc incl. loading/unloading assembling erecting and adjusting at site and all leads and lifts complete.
7Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956- 01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing,specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (framing of Tubular structural steel to be paid seperately)
8Supply of Dugout structure fabricated from MS tube having minimum dimension of 50 x 50mm Square Tube detachable framework with powder coated matt finish. The height of the dugout will be 2.05 meter at front side, Curved surface roof and 4.9 mtr length The seating capacity will be of 10 players. The structure will be covered with 3mm thick transparent or colored polycarbonate sheet on top and two sides.Wheel Assembly – Solid tyre 10” wheel attached to dugout for easy movement without any damage to the sports field.The Structure is Provide with HDPE Blow Molded Seat:Double-wall hollow blow mold bucket type seat having minimum dimensions as 465 mm side length x 440 mm front width x 390 mm rear height in one piece of HDPE having minimum shell thickness of 2 mm on each wall. Minimum seat density of 0.95 gram/cm3, weight of plastic chair should not be less than 1.9-2.1 kg. Chair should withstand in high temperature not less than 50°C with ultraviolet stabilizer and color fastness, having ergonomic design, the chair should be fixed with Metal Inserts moulded inside seat to connect seat with sheet metal bracket which is mounted on 40x2mmS Square tube.Chair has a warranty of 2years against significant color fading and 5 Years against breakage due to manufacturing .chair plastic part tested with xenon-Arceposure
9PathEarthwork in excavation by mechanical means in trenches for foundation drains pipes etc not exceeding 1.5mtr in width and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan depth upto 1.5mtr including backfilling of soil & disposal of excavated soil to be leveled and neatly dressed within 25mts lead.

37Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 250 Watt LED Flood/Stadium Luminaire, having powder-coated single-piece pressure die-cast aluminium housing with heat dissipation fins and UV-stabilized PC/toughened glass cover, complete with secondary lens on each LED. LEDs shall be SMD type of 3–5 Watt each. The luminaire shall have a minimum system efficacy of 125 lm/W with potted driver, unique BIS registration number, and operating input voltage range of AC 120–270 V with high-voltage cut-off and auto-resetting protection. 39Supply and laying DWC HDPE Pipe 40 mm OD. Pipe along with all accessories like sockets, bends, couplers etc.
40Supply and drawing FRLS PVC insulated 1.5 sq.mm 3 core copper cable through pole to the light.

43Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10KVA Gen set complete with all accessories. Ashok Leyland/ Mahindra/ Kirloskar or equivalent make.
44Construction of pole foundations with a depth of 4 ft and cross-section of 2 ft × 2 ft, using M20 grade cement concrete, including reinforcement steel weighing 30 kg per foundation.
45Excavation for laying of underground cable all around the stadium with a depth of 2 ft.
46Earthing with 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia GI earth pipe, including all accessories, masonry chamber with cover plate and locking arrangement, watering pipe, charcoal/coke, and salt as required, complete in all respects for distribution box/feeder panel and genset.
