Propagation Of Different Varieties Of Plants, Seed Bed Preparation, Vegetable Garden. Making Beds Including Collection Of Horticultural Wastes And Its Disposal To Suitable Dumping Ground Upto All Leads As Directed By The Engineer In Charge.2)Pest Control Of Plants By Spraying Applying Insecticide, Pesticide Where Ever Or Whenever Required. All Works Should Be Done As Per The Direction Of The Engineer In Charge3)Sweeping Of Lawn / Garden Area And Keep It Neat And Clean By Mechanized Method / Manually, Remove Litter, Debris, Picking Of Leaves, Papers, Plastic Bottles Etc. Including Disposal Of Collected Waste In Dustbin/Designated Place On Daily Basis As Per Direction Of Officer -In- Charge. 4)Maintenance Of Plastic/Cement/Earthen Potted Plants At Floors Of The Building Including Application Of Good Earth, Manure, Insecticide, Pesticide And Fertilizer, Removing Of Dry Parts By Pruning, Cleaning Dry Leaves And Displaying In Appropriate Place And Replacement Of Broken Pots ( Pots Will Be Provided By The Department) Coloring Of Pots And Change Of Location Of Pots And Replacing With Fresh Plants As And When Required By The Department As Per Direction Of Engineer In Charge.5) The Contractor Shall, At His Own Cost, Provide All Necessary Tools, Plants, Equipment, Implements, Safety Gear, Hoses, Watering Cans, Lawn Mowers, Hedge Cutters, Pruning Tools, Sprayers, Wheelbarrows, And All Other Accessories Required For The Efficient Execution Of The Horticulture Maintenance Works. All Tools And Equipment Shall Be Maintained In Good Working Condition Throughout The Contract Period. No Additional Payment Shall Be Made On This Account.Note – The Contractor Shall Deploy Six (06) Semi-Skilled Malis On All Working Days For Carrying Out The Horticulture Maintenance Works. The Deployed Manpower Shall Remain Present During The Prescribed Working Hours And Shall Perform All Duties Assigned By The Engineer-In-Charge Or His Authorized Representative.In The Event Of Any Absence Of The Required Manpower, A Recovery Of ₹1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) Per Semi-Skilled Mali Per Day Shall Be Made From The Contractors Bills For Each Absentee, Without Prejudice To Any Other Action Permissible Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. All tools and equipment shall be maintained in good working condition throughout the contract period.
