(1) The Agency Shall Demolish The Existing Esr By Leveling The Ground And Demolishing The Upper Part With The Necessary Equipment, Machinery And Labour At Its Own Cost And Risk, (2) The Materials Coming Out Of The Esr, Including Iron, Windows And Doors, Iron . Railings, Of All Types, Shall Be Taken Away By The Demolition Agency, Where. The Agency Shall Throw Out The Debris/Waste At Its Own Cost And Clean The Site. (3) The Agency Shall Compulsorily Take Insurance For All The Labourers Retained For The Site Work. Also, All Liability For Accidents And Damage To The K.U.B.S.-Botad Or Any Other Property.
