4Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation & plinth with 4cm. crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing & ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator ,providing groove & beads where necessary including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all material required for the work including supplying & working pumps, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specific ation & direction of the Engineer in Charge In Foundation

6RCC of design mix of M-300grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position Foundation

13Supplying, providing, fixing in position RCC Crash barrier monolithic with slab M-40 grade as per approved drawings and Technical Specifications (Part I/II) Clause 809 section 800 & section 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700 with their clauses and sub clauses of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) and including full compesating to costs all operations, contingencies incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work to specification and as directed by Engineer or his representative to specification.
14Providing & laying of wearing course of 56mm thick consisting of 6mm thick mastic asphalt and 50 mm thick asphaltic concrete on top of the Deck slab. The mastic asphalt shall be of paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in the table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level & slope after cleaning the surface, applying prime coat including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of all complete as per clause 501, 502,503 & 516 of MoRT&H Specification for road & bridge work (5th revision), followed by asphaltic concrete to be laid in two layers of 25mm thick each etc complete as per approved drawing & technical specification Clause No 503 & 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road & Bridge work (5th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Wearing Coat - Mastic Asphalt)
15Providing HYSD bars confirming to approved grade F-415 including all labours for cutting ,bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete with Cess in all respect (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor) as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.
16Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wingwall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.
17Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.
18Providing Rough stone dry packing / pitching in slope, protection walls, approns and revetments to designed thickness using hard granite stones of required size of approved quality from approved quarry including quarrying supplying conveying and cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials including T&P complete including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging and hammering finished to proper slope and level as per direction of the Engineer in charge including dewatering if required.
19Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular material including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer in Charge.Granular Material

21Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and I.0 meter long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.
22Providing , fitting , fixing expansion joint confirming to ISI specification including all cost , carriage , taxes etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in Charge.(Strip Seal Expansion Joint)
23Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer in Charge.
24Supplying, fitting, fixing in position Neoprene bearing of approved design & specification at the designed level including fixing with resin of required grade & strength/ holding down bolts of standard specification including cost conveyance taxes of all materials with cost of all labour T&P & other machineries required for the work complete in respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The bearing should confirm to the latest MOST specification & IRC codes & should be tested before use( test certificate to be furnished)
25Providing fixing,fixing of drainag spout as per specification and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
26Fixing of anchoring bars upto 25mm to 38mm dia in foundation rock in abutments and piers including drilling holes, fixing wedged anchors and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge excluding cost of M.S. rods .
27Levelling the D.I/Soft/Hard rock including hard granite surface under wells for piers & abutments under water including chiseling the rock surface by engaging divers & provision of key trenches & provision of drilling, providing anchor rods as per specification, grouting etc. if required as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & all other arrangements to work inside water including cost of lifting & stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by Engineer in Charge including cost & hire charges of all labour, T&P & other machineries required for the work complete in all respect.

33Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)
34Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.60kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (4th Revision)
