| 2 | Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 12th row and 'F' column of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 12th row and \\"E\\" column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quoted the percentage above/below MES standard Schedule of Rate.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidence and for referenace only . Simiilarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor's shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES standard schedule of Rates. The work orders for various works/service shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II together with errate/ amendments as applicable upto date duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor.(iv) Contractor's special attendtion is invited to condition \\"4(A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)\\" and condition \\"56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACT)\\" of \\"Gernal Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\\". The provision of these conditions of \\"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\\" are strictly to be followed.(v) It is an express conditions of this contract that the amount of total works/service required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/entioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such work/services at the rates contained in MES Standard scheduled of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done /work done.
