3M & L for preparaing plastered or unplastered surfaces of old walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke or soot moulds, efflorences and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M & L for preparaing plastered or unplastered surfaces of old walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke or soot moulds ,efflorences and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of distempered and painted surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil-emulsion over a coat of alkali resist primer on walls all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6M&L preparation old painted surfaces of wall including removal of grass and applying one coats of acrylic weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7M&L Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8M&L for 1mm thick one coat of wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9M&L for 1mm thick one coat of wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10M&L preparation of old painted steel surface & applying a one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L preparation of old painted steel surface & applying a two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width & girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L preparation of old painted surface of wall cement wash/Colour wash with Portland cement slurry to a smooth bodied opaque finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14M&L for painting of wall as required (for writing the carried out and due date of periodical services) letters or figures incl painting of base n exc 30 cm height by using synthetic enamel paint in any position incl on multy storied buildings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavement and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint to steel surface incl preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17M&L for applying two coat of aluminium paint to steel surface incl preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18M&L for applying one coat of french polishing on surfaces of any description width or girth incl.uding cleaning and preparing the surface incl.uding a coat of wood filler on old works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Taking down cement plaster any description etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete as in ceiling of slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

33S&F IInd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frame wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
34S&F for 35 mm thick IInd class HW rail and style plain framed panelled shutter (one or two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP,commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle beard with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS :1003 (Part-I) kiln and chemically pressure treatedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35S&F for 30 mm thick IInd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters divided into squares with plain chamfered or reounded miltred and related sash bars number to received glass gauze etc edges of framing plain chamfered or reounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.20(a) supplied and fitted to chawkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
36S&F 40mm thick Flush shutters,solid core construction,with block board core and one face plywood face commercial type panels, other face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37S&F solid PVC solid door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube suppling and fixing in opening with stainless steel screws of required size , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
