| 1 | Safety equipment,s have to be arranged for the protection of staff to work at height on the EOT. Like safety shoes, safety belt, helmet, gloves etc. |
| 2 | Disconnected the electricity supply from EOT crane by electrician and making the re-connection after complete the repairing work. |
| 3 | Dismantling of EOT Crane from the upper I Section beam by cutting and removing of pin shaft from the holding system and cutting of other nut bolts with the help of gas cutter required tools & tackles and taking the EOT crane at ground carefully by chain pulley block, man power and other handling equipment’s as per site requirements. |
| 4 | Dismantling of internal moveable parts of EOT Crane like gear box and motor, bearing with bracket, break system, wire rope, drum, limit switch, panel and other parts by cutting of nut bolts with the help of gas cutter required tools & tackles as per site requirements. |

Including the charges of lubricants/oiling and greasing for smooth working without unnecessary sound. The job includes making the threads in housing for tightly fixing of cover. |
| 11 | Repairing of mechanical assembly of EOT crane by removing of old defective/damaged parts like bearing, pin shaft, lock, lock plate and providing/fixing of new parts same as per existing by using of nut bolt and required tools and tackles. |
| 12 | Fixing of EOT and all dismantled moveable parts on the upper I section beam by using of chain pulley block and handling equipment’s with carefully safety arrangement and making the proper balancing with alignment for smooth working with the help of required tools & tackles i/c nut bolts & washer. |
