| 1 | Dismantling of Existing EOT Crane (5-Ton)with the help of Hydraulic lifters, hydraulics straightened & heavy labor at the site all tools and tackles. |
| 2 | Overhaul and Testing of flexible DSL System, Complete repair, Overhauling and functional testing of the flexible DSL system. Scope includes replacement/repair of coupler and counter plates, GI wiring, Holding system and rigorous electrical testing of all existing associated motor and other electrical component/accessories. |

| 4 | Strengthening and alignment of existing rail for long travel |
| 5 | Comprehensive repair and reconditioning of the main electrical control panel including the supply and incorporation of all required materials (e.g, replacement of contractors, transformer, relays, wiring, and terminal blocks) to restore full operational capability |
| 6 | Repairing of main hoist break assembly with allied accessories (Break coil etc.) |
| 7 | Replacement of wire rope for existing hoist |
| 8 | Wire Rope maintenance and Treatment with Comprehensive cleaning, Oiling, Greasing and application of suitable wire rope compound to the hoist’s wire rope. |

| 10 | Cleaning, Rubbing and Painting charge on the complete crane and Girder for LT & CT with all requisite safety equipment and technical measures shall be ensured during painting of girder at elevate levels. |
