| 1 | Beaching, blocking, unblocking including dock hire and Mooring Charges as require to be done to complete repair of vessels, Blocking is to be done at sufficient height for underwater inspection, scrapping, chipping, wire brushing, cleaning, repairing and painting as per under supervision of IRS/IWT surveyor. |
| 2 | Ultrasonic testing is to be carried out underwater hull, port and stbd side plate from keel to Deck, Deck plate for thickness as per direction of EIC and inspection of IRS Surveyor. |
| 3 | Cropping and renewal of underwater plate, deck plate, Shipside plate, main deck aft plate, and other fitment including kitchen area after ultrasonic as per under supervision of IRS/IWT surveyor and as per direction of EIC. As per report of Ultrasonic test including labour charges and cost of spare/ material (Ms Plate as per sample). |

| 7 | Chipping, Scrapping, wire brushing, cleaning and painting is to be done for painting of vessel from keel to water level, and painted by 3-coat as per painting scheme marine quality paint after applying 1 coat of anticorrosive paint/primer as per under supervision of IRS/IWT surveyor as per direction of EIC. |
| 8 | Chipping, scrapping, wire brushing, cleaning and painting is to be done from water level to deck and deck plate. Painting of the entire vessel ship side shell plate from LWL to main deck , superstructure, ballast tanks, fuel oil service and storage tanks, anchor chain box, void tanks, FW tank, sewage tank, waterhatches, engine room, bathroom, bilges, bollards, wheelhouse, crane, railing including all fitments are properly cleaned and to be painted by 2-coat marine quality paint after applying 1-coat of anticorrosive paint/primer. |
| 9 | Watertight integrity of WT hatches, manholes, ventilation flap (Air Vent) are to be checked and to replace all rubber packing/fitting. And these all fitting should be air tight as per OEM standard. |
