The work shall include all accessories, wiring, guide rails, brackets, buffers, commissioning, statutory inspections, testing, obtaining approval from competent authority, warranty and handing over complete in all respects. Note: (i) Rate shall include all required OEM recommanded civil works such as front opening wall modification on each floor, pit construction/modification, pit water proofing, lift shaft modifications required as per ground requirement & OEM recommandation, machine support arrangements, openings, grouting, finishing and all allied civil works and internal wiring work necessary for complete installation and commissioning of the lift.(ii) Bidders shall visit site before quoting rates for understanding site work conditions.
