The scope for sprinkler system shall include all necessary piping, pumps required for thorough cleaning of all modules.
2SOLAR PV MODULES: (a) IS /Relevant Codes :-The PV modules must conform to the latest edition of IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval:(i) TOPCon N type Bifacial modules conforming to : IEC - 61215-2:2021, IEC 61215-1:2021, IEC 61215-1-1:2021, IEC 62804 (PID), IEC 61701 (Corrosion resistant)(ii) In addition, the modules must confirm to IEC 61730 Part 1-requirements for construction & Part 2- requirements for testing, for safety qualification.(b) Specifications of PV module :-(i) Silicon Crystalline SPV cells shall be used in the Solar Photovoltaic module.(ii) Minimum Peak power Rating > 590 Wp(iii) Minimum Module efficiency - 22.5 %(iv) Fill Factor > 0.7(v) Performance ratio - greater than 75%(vi) Transmittance - Above 90%(vii) Bending - Less than 0.3%(viii) Minimum current Imp – 12.98 A(ix) Minimum voltage Vmp – 42.01 V(x) Minimum short circuit current Isc – 13.59 A(xi) Minimum open circuit Voltage Voc – 49.91 V(xii) It shall be made of high transitivity glass and front surface shall give high encapsulation gain.(xiii) Standard size and weight as per NISE(xiv) Mc4 connector as per requirement of 1500 Volts rating
3(c) RF Identification tag (RFID) :-(i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module(ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells(iii) Month and year of the manufacture (separately for solar cells and module)(iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)- Made in India only (DCR)(v) I-V curve for the module(vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module(vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module(viii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate(ix) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9000 series.(x) Bifacial (TOPCON N type) Note: RFID shall be mandatorily place inside the module laminate.
4(d) General requirements of PV modules :-(i) PV modules must qualify (enclose test report/ certificate from IEC /NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard Additionally the performance of PV modules at STC conditions must be tested and approved by one of the IEC/NABL Accredited Testing Laboratories. Qualification certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory as per relevant standard for any of the higher wattage regular module should be accompanied with the STC report/ certificate. For details of Test Labs refer Ministry of New And Renewable Energy website. The report submitted should not be older than 5 years.(ii) PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 93% at the end of 10 years and 87% at the end of 30 years. (iii) All materials used shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in external application. It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity up to 85% + 5% with temperatures between (-) 10 degree C and (+) 85 degree C and shall withstand gust up to 180km/hour on the surface of the panel. Each and every SPV module shall be checked for conformity with relevant standard and no negative tolerance shall be accepted.(iv) The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions.(v) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials,having aluminum anodized finish with suitable min thickness as per designer/OEM.(vi) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules and the roof level shall be 600 mm . All the panels shall have provision to tilt angle of the latitude as per the proposed location.(vii) The module shall be provided with a junction box sealed type factory fitted and with arrangement for provision of by- pass diode. 5Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SOLAR GRID CONNECTED MULTISTRING TYPE INVERTER of 100 KW capacity, 3 phase in suitable Nos as per OEM design for each roof top solar plant, designed to give maximum yield for installed capacity, three phase, AC operated complete with following features, complete all as per specified, directed and comprising of the following datas/ details :-(a) GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS :(i) BIS / IEC Certified - IEC 60068_61683_62116_61727, IEC 61000_62109 - EMC, IEC 60529(ii) Built -in DC Switch(iii) LCD /LED Display(iv) Communication : Network Logistics and string system(v) Warranty - 10 Yrs(vi) Safety Standards(vii) BIS Certified(viii) MPPT trackers (b) INPUT DATA DC :(i) Max recommended DC power should be 50% more than the inverter capacity(ii) Max DC volts - 1100 V, start up voltage - 200 V(iii) MPPT operating range - 140 V - 1000 V(v) Rated input voltage - 625 V(c) OUT PUT DATA AC:(i) Rated power AC - AS per plant capacity(ii) Power factor - unity as default and adjustable + 0.8(iii) Max output current As per plant capacity(iv) Nominal output voltage - 415 V(v) Nominal output voltage range - 415 V+-20%
6(v) Output frequency - 50 Hz+- 3 Hz(vi) Efficiency >98%(vii) Ambient temperature -30 to +60 degree centigrade(viii) Inverter shall have IP-67 protection - Test report required(ix) Provision of Data Logger(d) PROTECTION DEVICE:-(i) DC reverse polarity protection , DC switch , insulation resistance monitoring, AC short circuit protection, , Ground fault monitoring , Grid monitoring , Anti islanding protection, residual -current monitoring unit, shall be integrated and SPD shall be provided for DC/ AC surge protection (Type 2), Protection class/Overvoltage category - I/III(ii) Warranty: Contractor shall provide 10 years product warranty on material and workmanship for SPV & Invertors.(iii) Service Support: On-site service support within 24 hours by OEM authorized service centre, located in the vicinity of Delhi/NCRMake:- Havells, ABB, Waaree(e) MONITORING SYSTEM:- SCADA system based on real time monitoring system for local and remote supervision of the system. The SCADA shall include data acquisition, historical data logging, and report generation with report download capability, along with sensing and indication of breaker ON, OFF, and Trip conditions.Note: Bidder has to submit tender specific OEM authorisation issued by their Head office only along with required warranty certificate for Module And Inverter.
7M&L for RCC FOUNDATION as per manufacturers recommendations, cable trenching/ tray, equipment pedestals, grouting, painting/ marking, route markers, finishing as per site requirement and as shown on drawings, complete all as specified and directed.
8Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of AC DB and DC DB, comprising of the followings :AC DB :- Indoor/Outdoor type powder coated weather proof, vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet front openable door, locking arrangement, including suitable working space in AC DB busbar chamber, cable box chamber including aluminum busbar of designed capacity / bus raisers suitable capacities with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colour for phases identification, including all bus raiser shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fibre insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable, confirming to IP-65 (as per site requirement) and fixed on wall / floor with control wiring with comprising cable gland brass, copper lugs etc. and comprising the following as per design :- (i) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for outgoing(ii) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for incoming(iii) AC type 2 Surge Protection Device(iv) Spreader Terminals as per requirement (v) Multifunction meter (vi) CT of ratio 800/5 Amps(vii) Aluminum busbar chamber DC DB :- Outdoor type Polycarbonate box, weather proof, dust proof, front openable door, looking arrangement with provision of 20 strings incoming and 20 strings outgoing with Fuse arrangement on every string.
9Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of DC CABLES & WIRES, comprising of the followings :- All cables and wire required to make the system fully functional with adequate reserves to be provided. The laying of cables will be as per standard norms to include excavation in trenches, sand cushioning and brick protection cable cover / cable tray of suitable size where ever required to lay the cables. The laying of wires will be as per standards all as required and must follow IEC 62930 rated for upto 1.5 KV DC(a) Conductor material: Annealed tinned flexible copper conductor of minimum size 4 sqmm .(b) Max. PV system voltage (D.C):1800 Volts(c) Ambient temperature range : -40 deg c to +90 deg c(d) Max. conductor Temperature at termination of short circuit:250 deg c(e) Type of conductor: As per Class 5 according to EN 60228/ IEC 60228(f) Insulation material: Chemically cross linked XLPO(g) Type of insulation: According IEC 60502-1, EN-50363-1(h) Nominal thickness of insulation : 0.80mm(j) Outer sheathed material: Chemically cross linked XLPO
10Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core connected with suitable cable gland and aluminium lugs, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed.
11Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/ disintegrated soil and getting out, complete all as specified & directed.
12M&L for sand cushioning using river sand for under ground cables, spread in trenches, including cleaning, spreading levelling, punning for laying/cushioning of cable with layer of 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and directed.Note : For the Purpose of payment puned thickness shall be measured.
13Supply and laying factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flat size 250x150x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.
14Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed and directed.
15Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F GI pipe of 100 mm nominal dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing or fixed to walls/poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.
18Supply, laying and testing communication cables (RS 485 / Cat 6 cable) between Ongrid Inverter & Control system, Indutrial grade RS485/Cat6, UV resistant (Outdoor), compatible with inverter & data logger, complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for designing and construction of CARPORT TYPE MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE, complete all as specified, directed and comprising of the followings specifications :- (a) Suitable mounting structure made of Galvanized Iron Hot Dip for Carport SPV module fixed type without tracking component shall be provided as per design criteria considering live load, dead load, wind load etc and as per condition of roof slab/ foundation of existing bldgs.Height of mounting structure should not be less than 3.25 mtr at higher end and 2.25 mtr for lower end with 1:10 slope.(b) The base columns shall be made with reinforced cement concrete as per design based on site related data.(c) The frames and leg assemblies of the array structures shall be made of GI hot dip galvanized. Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 80 microns.(d) All fasteners shall be of Stainless steel - SS 304. Nut & bolts, supporting structure including module Mounting Structures shall have to be adequately protected against coastal climatic condition.(e) Proper waterproofing at all punctured points where MMS are grouted to ensure no seepage at all.(f) The mounting structure suitable for PV module should with stand minimum horizontal wind speed of 150 Km/hr. It shall be designed so as to withstand operating environmental conditions for a period of minimum 25 years.(g) The structure should be designed to allow easy replacement of any module and shall be in line with site requirement (h) Adequate spacing shall be provided between two panel frames and rows of panels to facilitate personnel protection, ease of installation, replacement, cleaning of panels and electrical maintenance.
20(j) For a maximum ground clearance of 3.25 mtr, following points shall be adhered to while desigming MMS:- (i). Base Plate – Base plate thickness of the Structure should be 10MM for this segment. (ii). Column – Structure Column minimum thickness should be minimum 2.9MM in square hollow section (minimum 60x60) or rectangular hollow section (minimum 80x40). (iii). Rafter - Structure Rafter minimum thickness should be minimum 2.9MM in square hollow section (minimum 60x60) or rectangular hollow section (minimum 80x40). (iv). Cross bracing – Bracing for the connection of rafter and column should be of minimum thickness of 4mm L-angle with the help of minimum bolt diameter of 10mm.(k) BOS (Balance of System) items/components of the SPV power plant/system deployed under this project must conform to the latest edition of IEC or equivalent BIS standards, MNRE specifications and the specified minimum technical requirements/ standards of SPV systems/plants to be deployed under the programmes of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, available on the MNRE website:- (i) Test certificates/reports for the BOS items/components can be from any NABL/IEC-accredited testing laboratories or MNRE-approved test centers. The list of MNRE-approved test centers will be reviewed and updated from time to time. The list applicable as on the last date of receipt of tender shall be treated as applicable for this tender. (ii) All items required to integrate the small and large equipment for commissioning of the solar power plant shall be included. All equipment, including cabling, and the installation methodology shall be followed as per the installation guidelines and manuals of the panel and inverter manufacturers.
21M&L for Earthing comprising of : -Maintenance free chemical earthing comprising of suitable Nos of earthing with specifications given as under :- (a) Copper earth rod of min size 17.2mm dia x 3 mtr long, ISI marked and IED 62561-2:2018 certified.(b) Fixing of stranded copper wire of 6 sqmm or aluminium strip of min size 25mm x 3mm, with connections to the earth electrode using exothermic welding. (c) Use of excel electrofill plus compound (IEC 62561 - 7: 2018 certified) mixed with soil having adequate moisture retention copability to a depth of approx one metre from the bottom the pit. (Approx-40 kg). (d) Addition of carbon based RoHS & TCLP- certified electrofill compound (high conductivity), mixed with soil and water to form a slurry and filled upto 35 percent of the pit depth above the base compund layer (Approx-40 kg). (e) Add gravel at the top of the portion for easy passage of water and removal of air bubbles at the time of filling of electrofill plus excel compound is necessary for easy dissipation of fault current.(f) Fixing of PVC earth pit chamber of size 24 x 24 cm with M8 SS 304- grade nut and bolts all as specified.
22(g) FRP earthing display board 254x 380mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due data of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. Note- Cost of earthing and excavation incl in rate quoted.(h) Earthing system including earth strips/ cables etc for earthing of solar PV module/ Array etc as per latest IS/MNRE norms to be provided and the cost of the same is to be included in overall cost no extra amount will be found to the contractor on this account. (j) All the equipments including PV modules, Module mounting structure (MMS), Inverters and string monitoring unit, LA ,structure in PV array field shall be connected to common earthing system.(k) Each PV module frame shall be earthed using copper wire suitable size as per design. Note :- The earth resistance to be achieved should be less than 1 Ohm, if this value is not achieved then the contractor is liable to redo the earthing at his own cost.
23Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of LIGHTNING PROTECTION as follows:- Lightining Arrestor of the required number as per OEM recommendation with protection radius of 107 mtr in the amay field. Lightning arrestors/surge arrestors shall conform to IEC 60099-4 or IS:3070 except to the extent modified in the specifications. Arrestors shall be of hermetically sealed units, self-supporting construction, suitable for mounting on lattice type support with the following:-(a) The air terminal should be capable of racking the lightning stroke 60 micro seconds earlier as compare to passive lightning rod.(b) The air terminal is Early Streamer Emission (ESE) type which shall be fixed at the top of a GI elevation pole with base so as be at least 2 meters above the structure to be protection. Its height above top of solar pannel would be dependent on the level of protected and the protection radil required(c) The air terminal should be working on the principle of early streamer emission using non-radioactve technology, needing no external power source.(d) The air terminal is stainless steel and it has qualified diameter to resist high values of lightining currents(e) Roof connecting pipe should be capable of withstand in lightning strikes having dimension/dia as per design.(f) The lightening protection system shall also include Lightening counter as well as Down conductor of PVC insulated Cable of suitable cross section and length for connection with Earthing electrode.(g) This shall be accompanied by vertical installation of required earth electrode of copper and backfill of standard chemical used in maintenance free earthings to achieve the desired results of less than 1 Ohm .Note :- Contractor is bound to produce Lightining Arrestor Drawings as per OEM recommendation to GE and get the same vetted from IIT/NIT.
24Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Weather Monitoring System comprising of the followings:-(A) Pyranometer : The pyranometer (ISO 9060 classification) alongwith necessary assessories for measuring incidental solar radiation at horizontal and inclined plane of array. The pyranometers shall have following specifications: -(i) Class-I(ii) Spectral Response- 0.31 to 2.8 micron.(iii) Sensitivity- Approx. 9 micro-volt/w/m2(iv) Time response (95%): Max 15 s(v) Non linearity: ±0.5%(vi) Temperature Response: ±2%(vii) Temperature Response= Max ±2%(viii) Tilt error: ±0.5%.(ix) Zero offset thermal radiation: ±7 w/m2(x) Zero offset temperature change ±2 w/m2(xi) Operating temperature range: - 40 deg to +80 deg.(xii) Uncertainty (95% confidence Level): Hourly- Max-3%(xiii) Daily- Max-2%(xiv) Non stability: Max ±0.8%(xv) Resolution: Min +/- 1 W/m2(xvi) Input Power for Instrument & Peripherals: 230 VAC (If required)(xvii) Output Signal: Analogue form which is compatible with the data.The instrument shall be supplied with necessary length of cable, calibration certificate, traceability to world radiation reference (WRR) or world rediation centre shall be furnished alongwith the equipment.Note: One Centrally located pyranometer shall be provided for the whole project.Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer.
25(B) Temperature sensor : It shall include temperature sensor for ambient temperature measurement with shielding case and for module temperature measurement. The temperature sensor shall be resistance temperature deductor (RTD) /semi conductor type with measurment range suitable for site climatic conditions. The instrument shall have valid calibration certificate.Note: Temperature sensor shall be provided for each solar roof top plant.Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer.(C) Anemometer: It shall include 01(one) No ultrasonic wind sensor for wind speed and direction monitoring with following specification:(a) Velocity range with accuracy limit : 70 m/sec with +/-2% accuracy at @ 13 m/s, resolution 0.01 m/s(b) wind direction range with accuracy limit :0 to 360 degree (No deed band) with plus/minus 2 degree accuracy @ 12 m/s and resolution 1 degree(c) Mounting bracker: Anodised aluminium bracket to reduce corrosion all mounting bolts of SS.(d) Protection class :IP66(e) output : RS232 and RS485.Note: (a) Anemometer shall be provided for each solar roof top plant.(b) 01 centrally located weather monitoring system with necessary interface & software, communication modules, storage units etc to be connected with local system.Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer.
26Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ABT/Bi directional Static Net Energy Meter with Check meter for 400 KW Solar Carport Rooftop PV System under Net Metering Policy, complete all as specified and directed.
27Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM, SPV monitoring system and Mobile App capable of collecting data from each solar inverter to provide real time string level monitoring (web and mobile) for 25 years to display the one or more PV systems. It should supply the historical and aggregated data. All the data should be logged and be able to be securely reviewed and analysed at any time from any location, generation of comhensive reports on sites energy production, technical status, immediate fault detection and troubleshooting, efficient maintenance management, issues status reports and sends alerts to mobile phones and via Email, provide interactive charts, [play back feature which visualizes the harvested power of a site during a selected time fragment, monitoring app to be easily available via web browser and mobile App store, ios and playstore for Android, have kiosk display feature for enabling to showcase the PV site performance on a display in public spaces like bldg lobbies. Also, the RMS shall be integrated with the existing MES platform, and all required parameters shall be displayed on that platform.Contractors shall provide necessary licensed software and hardware solution to offer monitoring of electrical parameters of grid and solar generator at individual inverter level over remote web server. Contractor shall provide all necessary accessories like power supply, connection cords, sensors, active SIM card with appropriate data plan etc so as to make the system complete in all respect. It should supply the historical and aggregated data. All the data should be logged and be able to be securely reviewed and analysed at any time from any location, generation of comprehensive reports on sites energy production, technical status, immediate fault detection and troubleshooting, efficient maintenance management, issues status reports and sends alerts to mobile phones and via Email, provide interactive charts, [play back feature which visualizes the harvested power of a site during a selected time fragment, monitoring pp to be easily available via web browser and mobile App store, IOS and playstore for Android, have kiosk display feature for enabling to showcase the PV site performance on a display in public spaces like hotel lobbies.
28General Notes in respect of Srl item No.01 to 20 here-in-before : These items shall be executed as per following :- (i) Contractor shall submit the complete design of solar photovoltaic plant Carport 400 KW duly vetted by IIT/NIT within four weeks after acceptance of tender supported with detailed drgs to CE for approval before execution of work.(ii) The design must ensure minimum power generation of 1140 units/year/KW.(iii) The roof top solar power plant must ensure a minimum capacity utilization factor of 13 % over 25 years calculation of of the same will be submitted alongwith the design.(iv) Surge arresting device to be provided at junction box and module shall be provided with bypass.(v) Contractor shall provide 12 years product warranty on SPV modules and 30 years on site service and power output warranty for the equipment's from the OEM and shall be submitted to GE before completion of work.(vi) Service Support: On-site service support within 24 hours by OEM authorized service center with at least 05 years of experience and replacement of defective parts within minimum 07 days.(vii) If performance of the SPV is not achieved with the permissible limit, Contractor shall bound to replace the same with same make/ model and no extra payment shall be made in this regard.
29(viii) If the solar invertor as specified here in before is not available in the market, contractor will provide the same of higher capacity as available in the market without any extra cost.(ix) The specific attention of designers and vetting authorities is invited towards the fact that adequate protective measures shall be adopted suitably in design to avoid damage to PV cells. The location for proposed work is Multilevel parking at AHRR. (x) The bidder shall carefully design and accommodate requisite numbers of the modules in the available area as per topography to achieve the rated power in his bid.(xi) The bidder shall provide the sample solar PV module electrical characteristics including current-voltage (I-V) performance curves and temperature coefficients of power, voltage and current. The bidder shall provide operation and maintenance mannual, maintenance schedule, test reports/certificates, equipment drgs and specifications after completion of work.(xii) The tenderer should work out design based on the conditions prevalent atDelhi Cantt area and site conditions as existing with and including following:-
30(a) This shall be self contained and self explanatory representation of layout of equipments and sub-system. The dimensioned drawing of the site of work clearly marked with all subsystems components etc shall be submitted. (b) Schematic Diagram of the electrical system: This shall contain specifications, sizes, current, voltage and fault levels rating of all cables, switch gears and instrumentation & control systems and all metering and interlocking etc. (c) All the documents/ technical details mentioned above duly vetted as specified above shall be approved by Accepting officer before placing final order. The GE may approve the document with concurrence of Accepting Officer as submitted by contractor or may suggest modification/ alteration in documents/ technical specifications duly supported with reasons for the same. The work shall be executed based on the approval. (d) The design drawings and other technical details submitted by the successful contractor, along with all calculations, drawings, technical write ups etc shall become department property. Department may use these subsequently as deemed necessary. The contractor shall have no claim on these document and their subsequent use by the department. (e) During execution the contractor must engage experienced engineer in the same field for supervision, monitoring and execution. The contractor shall certify that execution of the work has been done satisfactorily. The contractor shall certify that the work has been executed in accordance with vetted and approved design.(xiii) Contractor shall ensure that there will be no leakage/ seepage in the area of the roof and all necessary treatment shall be done to make it 100% leakproof where cutting in existing roof required to be done for drilling of grouting/ fastener bolts & providing PCC footing for erection of frame for Solar panel.
31Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 60 KW Dual gun DC fast Charger for 4 wheelers and above to ensure seamless and safe installation and commissioning of 60 KW EV charger station including complete civil and electrical work, trenching, cabling, and panel installation, construction of a protective canopy for the charging unit as per manufacturers recommendations/as directed, comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance, complete all as specified and directed.
32Design, supply, erection , testing and commissioning of 10/11 KW AC Charger for 2/3/4 wheelers and above to ensure seamless and safe installation and commissioning of 10 KW EV charger station including complete civil and electrical work, trenching, cabling, and panel installation, construction of a protective canopy for the charging unit as per manufacturers recommendations/as directed, comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance, complete all as specified and directed.
33Charges for onboarding on Solar dashboard portal maintained by GE (U) E/S Delhi Cantt for centralised monitoring of all solar PV plant installed and maintained by MES, complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L for cutting CI/DI/GI pipes in position of size 40/50 for insertion of new tees,branches etc for 25 mm pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
35S&F rotationally moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layered, hoisted & fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs including making necessary arrangements for fixing of inlet, outlet, over flow pipe, wash out pipe etc, complete all as specified & directed.
36S&F Ball brass valves 25 mm dia , high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.
37S&F Galvanized iron water tubing, medium grade, 25mm bore with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc., fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches, complete all as specified and directed.
38S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for bore of pipe 25mm, complete all as specified & directed.

50Notes for Item Nos 30 to 39:-(i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI with minimum three years experience or Seven Years experience in handling solar power plant of Cap minimum 1 MW.(ii) Staff employed by the contractor shall carry out daily cleaning, checking/maintenance of equipments as mentioned here-in-before and internal portion of installation and external cleaning all around the installation premises and maintain installation in presentable condition all time all as specified and directed.(iii) Staff employed shall be responsible for washing of solar modules with the help of running water and wiping and drying the modules completely. The contractor shall provide wipers, washing hose/pipe and cotton clothes to the staff deployed without any extra cost.(iv) The contractor shall take a printout of Daily Generation report of all the installed SPV Plant in this work on A4 size paper and submit to Engineer-in-charge on dailly basis. Also he will keep a record of the same on a register, which shall be made available to Eng-in-Charge on weekly basis. Providing ink cartridge suitable for the printer and A4 sheets is contractor's responsibility without any extra cost. He will also provide daily log sheets, shutdown register, breakdown register, first aid kit etc to the staff deployed. Daily log sheets, shutdown register and breakdown register duly entered with real time data shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge on weekly basis.(v) If the installation (Solar Power Generation Station) is not operated by the electrician and helper are found absent from duty the penalty for this lapse shall be final and binding as under:-Skilled Electrician: - Double the rate of minimum wages of skilled worker published by the GOI during the absent period.Helper: - Double the rate of minimum wages of unskilled worker published by the GOI during the absent period.
