| 1 | Dismantling and removal of the existing damaged sluice gate measuring 1250 mm × 6 m from the site by cutting all grouted bolts embedded in the cement concrete (CC) and brickwork up to the bottom level, and lifting the gate out of the water drain using a mobile crane for disposal outside the drain area. |
| 2 | Construction of a temporary bund upstream of the sluice gate location to close the flow and maintain the required wastewater level for the recycling system. |
| 3 | Fabrication and installation of an MS frame using MS channels of size 4\\" × 2\\", 6.5 meters long on both sides, and an MS channel of size 4\\" × 2\\", 1250 mm long at the bottom, to form a complete frame for the operation/support of a 10 mm thick MS plate. The frame shall be fixed and grouted into the wall on both sides using anchor bolts and all other necessary accessories, as required for proper installation. |

The arrangement shall form a continuous groove of 6.5 m height on both sides and 1.25 m width at the bottom to guide a 10 mm thick MS plate during its upward and downward movement, operated through an SS spindle mechanism. |
| 5 | Providing and supplying an SS spindle of 60 mm diameter with threading over a length of 3.0 m. The spindle shall be installed at the top of the frame and operated through two MS U-channels of size 6\\" × 3\\", each 1250 mm long. The arrangement shall include four MS plates of size 12\\" × 12\\" × 10 mm thickness fixed at the top of the frame to provide adequate support and guidance for the upward and downward movement of the SS spindle assembly. |
