| 1 | The work pertains to the channelization of River Beas and its Tributaries from Harsi Bridge to Sujanpur Bridge Reach in tehsil Jaisinghpur District Kangra Himachal Pradesh .The assignment involves verification of approximately 10 % to 15% of the cross -sectional and longitudinal- sectional data contained in the CWPRS report and assessment of the existing topographical conditions through detailed field investigation .The survey shall be carried out using advanced and high -precision survey instruments ,including differential Global Positioning system (DGPS) and total station equipment to ensure accuracy and reliablity of the collected data .The scope of work shall include detailed topographical survey preparation of site plans identification and marking of river khad and nallah embankments mapping of public and private properties located in vulnerable streches and verification of existing physical features within the project corridor .Wherever required fresh longitudinal sections (L-sections) and cross section (X-Sections) shall be prepared to accurately represent the present ground conditions hydraulic features and utilit constraints .A compreshensive reconnaissance survey shall also be undertaken for preparation of a digital contour plan with a contour interval of 10.0 metres covering the entire project reach and associated tributaries The collected survey data shall be processed and analyzed to generate detailed topographical maps and engineering drawings required for planning and design of channelization work in accordance with CWPRS recommendations prevailing engineering practices and applicable standards and guidelines .All drawing including layout plans alignment plans contour maps longitudinal sections cross sections and other associated Engneering details shall be prepared using Auto CAD software in a systematic and professional manner .The final deliverables shall comprise four(04) duly bound hard copies of the complete survey report and drawing package,along with editable soft copies and PDF versions of all documents drawings maps,and survey data .The entire assignment shall be executed complete and submitted in accordance with the directions and to the full satisafaction of the Engineer in charge.
