7Supplying and lowering of IS Marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S.Pipe 200mm.dia nominal size,8mm.thick having outside diametre 323.9mm.bevelled edge confirming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date ammendments,if any, about 4.00 m. to 7.00 metres in length, welded without any circumferential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles clamps embedded in foundationetc. including cost of all cuttings, threading and welding of pipes etc.within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dirctions of Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and lowering of IS Marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S. Sloted Pipe 200mm.dia nominal size,8.38mm.thick having outside diametre 323.80mm.screwed and socketted confirming to IS-4270-2001 slot size 1.5 X 75 mm welded with upto date ammendments,if any, about 4.00 m. to 7.00 metres in length, welded without any circumferential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles clamps embedded in foundationetc. including cost of all cuttings, threading and welding of pipes etc.within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dirctions of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and fixing MS taper / reducer as per length approved by Engineer-in-Charge the material of MS Taper/ reducer shall be equivalent to pipe material and shall be confirmed to chemical composition as per 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments if any complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12Providing and fixing MS centralized guides at suitable spacing for each Tube well as per IS 226-1991 with upto date ammendments if any within all leads and lifts 1x4 Nos complete in all respect as per the dirctions of Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supplying,lowering and fixing in position IS-Marked mild steel bail plug of 200mm / 300mm diametres with \\"U\\" hooks as per IS-2800-1991 with uptodate ammendments,if any,within all leads and lifts,complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
14Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole,as required,within all leads and lifts,complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
15Supplying and packing of gravel,consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material,with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5,not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces,shall be of sub rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm,shall be free from impurities such as shale mica,felspar,clay ,sand,dirt,loam haematite and organic materials as per IS-4097-1967 with uptodate amendments,if any, around intake of tube well with min. thickness of shroud around screen generally 100mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS-2800(Part-1):1991 with uptodate amendments,if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
16Development of Tube-Well bybackwashing method,with aircompressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the Well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189:1985,with uptodate ammendments,if any; complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
17Development of Tube-Well by continuous over pumping method,with VT pumps/Sub - '-mersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method/design discharge,untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189 :1985 with with uptodate ammendments,if any; complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT/Submersible pump continuously for 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.
18Testing the Verticality of theTube-Well as per Clause-4.3 of IS-2800(Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any,using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the Well casing. The result of the verticality test shall be recorded on performa shown in Appendix -A of IS:2800(Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
19Dismentalling of Rig or other allied , accessories after completion of job within all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
20Handing over of the Tube-Well in complete shape as per appendix-B of the Clause-7 of IS-2800 (Part-II):1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any,as appended with the tender documents in laminated form,in triplicate,complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
21Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Pump House & Chowkidar Room (M-25) including all allied Civil Works, Electrical works, internal lighting, Sanitary work, Site development, cutting/ excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure), Toilets, Septic Tanks, External Solar powered Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement, Gantry Crane of 5 tonne capacity, dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The contractor shall provide 3 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. (Refer Data Sheet No.1)

23Main Reservoir , Collection Tanks & Sector Storage tanks: - Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground & Over Head storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3),M25 in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as SS ladders inside and MS Laddersoutside, CI cowl type ventilator, MS manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 3 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. 35Supply of star rated energy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar or any other make approved by JSV HP conforming to latest relevant IS-8034 latest with upto date ammendmeds. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-2013 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear.The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. 39The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current. The system should have minimum lamp life of 14000 Hrs with calibrated UV intensity monitoring system of reference sensor quality. It should be microprocessor based control system with touch screen graphics abd automatic wiping system. The system should have optiDetect-quartz sleeve breakage detection and variable power output (Optidose) with minimum UV dose of 80mJ/cm2 MS-2 RED UVDGM and UV Transmittance should not be less than 85% and Turbidity handling should be minimum 10 NTU. Sluice valve, CI -Y type strainers, Bends, flanges, Rubber Gasket, Nuts & Boult, 3 Core insulated wire/ cable, Cable trays,welding for fixture & fittings (MS Angle, Plate cutting,etc). Servo stablizer of required KVA. Transporation and Labour Charges. Erection and Commissioning of all the plant equipments, mechanical and electrical items with all leads and lifts as per the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge .The system should have all compliance like Certificate : ONORM M5873-1 and UV Sensor: SO 20101. 43Gaseous Chlorination :- Supplying,errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination complete in all respect having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No sets of 1W+1S Booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 No sets of 1W+1S water piping from water main to booster pump . It shall also consist of chlorine gas cylinder 100 Kg capacity duly approved by CCE Nagpur and filled with chlorine gas 3 Nos at each along with chlorine analyzer to indicate chlorine content level in the chlorinated water to supply. The contractor/firm shall also supply accessories/spares such as Multipurpose cylinder key--1No,lead washers-6No,Ejector Gasket-2sets,Hose Clips-4No,Ammonia Bottle-50ml-1No alongwith safety items covering chlorine leak emergency kit, self contained breathing apparatus, Eye-shower for each unit alongwith complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Refer Data Sheet No:-5 for further details.) And Construction of Prefabrication room :- Providing and installation of 50mm thick Aerocon Panel Prefabricated Structure size 10x9ft made out of ligh weight concrete core composed of portland cement, binders, siliceous & micaceous material aggregare with Tongue & Groove arrangement including one coat of primer and one coat of enamal paint for prefab structure including trusses parting, coloumn etc. with galvalume roofing sheet of Jindal or equivalent make of 0.50 mm thick. The prefetricated rooms should have MS door frame of 30mm flush door and aluminium sliding windows with frame glass 4mm thick safty rods and shutter including mosquito mesh. The structure should have electrical wining (Anchor) with swiches, sockets & Boards and other necessary fitting complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge.complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 49Providing , laying, jointing with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GMSERW pipe (Zinc Coated) of following dia meters conforming to IS 3183-2012 &1239-2012 having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (Two inner & one outer), where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing tail piece , reducers bend , tees , scour valves complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube shall be provided . 86Providing , Laying, jointing & testing of GMS pipe as per IS1239-2012 with upto date amendments (plain ended pipe) with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding (94% welding and 6% flanged joint ) with minimum two layers capable to withstand required test pressure (minimum welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, bends of required degrees as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include intermediate flanged joints spaced at an interval of 16 pipe lengths or where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge duly welded in three layers (two for outer & one on inner side) and all other operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc , lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing and fixing of flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately).The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
