If The Tenderer Proposes Deviations In Tender Documents, And/Or Any Other Terms And Conditions Of The Tender, Other Than In This Annexure, It Will Have No Effect. 4. All Deviations Have Been Listed And Priced In The Financial Proposal And Deviations Not Priced Will Be Treated As Null And Void And Stand Withdrawn.
