Name of Work:- Conservation of water bodies under Rohini Zone.SH: RMO of existing 750 KLD capacity STP at Mohammadpur Majri water body, 400 KLD capacity STP at Nangal Thakran water body and 150 KLD capacity STP at Karalawater body based on Phytorid technology in Rohini.

Scope includes inspection, cleaning, minor repairs, servicing, and replacement of minor consumables with all labour, tools, and materials complete in all respects at Mohammadpur Majri water bodyby deploying foolowing labour & as per terms & conditions attached.(a) STP Operator cum Wireman Grade-I - 01 No. from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. or as when required by the Engineer-In-Charge.(b) Khallasin-2 Nos. from 06.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m to 10.00 a.m. or as when required by the Engineer-In-Charge.

4Supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of an MS Coarse Screen of size 3m × 2.5m with a spacing of 6 mm, including the frame, supports, and all accessories, suitable for the STP inlet channel. All wetted parts shall be Mild Steel (MS) with anti-corrosive coating (red oxide primer + epoxy paint), complete in all respects.
5Cleaning of Inlet Chamber of STP by electro- mechanical means, including removal of sludge, screenings, grit, and floating materials. Scope includes dewatering, safe disposal of collected waste, and all labour, equipment, tools, and consumables required to complete the work.
6Cleaning of Sedimentation Chamber of STP by electro-mechanical means, including removal of sludge, screenings, grit, and floating materials. Scope includes dewatering, safe disposal of collected waste, and all labour, equipment, tools,and consumables required to complete the work.
7Supplying/replacement and drawing 4C x 6 sq. mm of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
8Supplying and fixing of 25 mm sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
9Repair and/or replacement of the electrical control panel and its components (relay, contactor, push buttons, indicator lights, etc.) as required to restore proper operation of the plant.

System lumen efficacy ≥120 and <135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).
11Supplying and drawing 3C x 1.5 sq. mm of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
12Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 3 HP submersible pump at inlet, complete with motor, cable, guide rope, piping work,elbows and all necessary accessories complete as required.
13Repair of 3 HP pump including motor rewinding, replacement of mechanical seal, cable, and other worn-out components as required to restore proper functioning. Scope includes dismantling, repair, reassembly, testing, and commissioning with all labour, tools, and consumables complete in all respects complete as required.
14Repair of 5 HP pump including motor rewinding, replacement of mechanical seal, cable, and other worn-out components as required to restore proper functioning. Scope includes dismantling, repair, reassembly, testing, and commissioning with all labour, tools, and consumables complete in all respects complete as required.
15Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of dosing pump of required capacity complete with suction strainer, NRV, piping connections, and all necessary accessories complete as required.
16Repair of agitator, gearbox, and motor including dismantling, inspection, replacement of worn-out parts, lubrication, reassembly, and alignment as required.
17Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 40 Amp, 3-pole MCB complete with suitable gang box, including wiring, termination, and necessary accessories.
18Supply and plantation of wetland plant species including Yellow Canna, Red Canna, Pampas Grass, Umbrella Palm, Spider Lily, Variegated Canna, Areca Palm, Tecoma, Gudhal (Red), Hamelia, Raphis Palm, and Phoenix Palm, (can select any species from the list) complete with transportation, planting, and initial maintenance. Including all labour, tools and consumables required for proper establishment of plants in all respects.
19Maintenance of portacabin including repair/replacement of fan, socket, tube light, exhaust fan, and other electrical fixtures as required. Including supply of materials, labour, tools, and consumables to ensure proper functioning, complete in all respects.
20Providing and installation of 1 m × 1 m floating rafter in water body including supply of sponge foam, geosynthetic non-woven fabric, concrete blocks (4 blocks per rafter), 2\\" uPVC pipes, PVC fibrenet, 6 mm rope, and plantation media complete in all respects.Including plantation of Rafter species such as Yellow Canna, Red Canna, Pampas Grass, Umbrella Palm, Spider Lily, Variegated Canna, Areca Palm, Tecoma, Gudhal (Red), Hamelia, Raphis Palm, and Phoenix Palm, along with all labour, tools, and consumables.

26Supply and pouring of bio-culture twice a year on floating rafter at a dosage of 1 litre per sq.m, including uniform application over the rafter area.Including all labour, tools, and consumables required for complete application in all respects.
27Supply and dosing of bio-culture twice in a year in the wetland system at a rate of 1 litre per 10 KL of plant capacity, including uniform application as per requirement. For 750 KLD capacity, required quantity = 75 litres, complete with all labour, tools,and consumables.
