| 4 | Conditions:-i) The tenderer are advised to visit the site/RO plants before submitting their rates.ii) The RO plants shall be operate continuously in 2 shift and no holiday shall be allowed.iii) The plants are good and are in running condition any damage caused by negligence shall be responsibility of contractor iv) The plants shall be taken back by the department is good and in running condition after expiry of the contract period. v) If the water from DJB gets available the contract may be terminated and no claim of any type shall be entertained by the department. vi) The tenderer should have experience for running, operation & maintenance of such type of plants and a certificate for satisfactory completion.vii) The tender shall be closed when the water services will be handed over to DJB without any compensation. viii) recovery of water shall be 65 to 70 %.ix) TDS of treated water must be below 500 PPM.x) Electricity charges for operating the plants shall be borne by DDA.
