| 4 | Note:- 1.The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction -cum -jetting machines fitted with pump of required capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site land at any distance and without any additional cost. 2. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost , on the same day when it was taken out.The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision .3. During the mechaized operation , the service provider /Contractor shall be equiped with Gas monitor , nylon rope ladder , torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine . 4. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising engineer including provision of water for jetting & removal of sludge /silt /liquid /mud & sand (in foul position )etc. 5. The contractor shall engage the above mentioned T & P and intimate to Enginner - In -Charge in writing with Machine No./ Vehicle No. etc for their record and prior approval .6. A Register shall be maintained by contractor showing the Machine No /Vehicle No. and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly sighned by concern JE , Engr -in- charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer. |

| 8 | Note :- For item No-4 to 6:1. To Maintain of internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time by engaging/deploying minimum One Safaiwala alongwith one Helper from 0900 hours to 1700 hours at Complaint cell of AGE B/R area mentioned in the contract on daily basis, with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipments (as per rules of public health),2. The Nos of person indicated in above items as assumed by the department, shall remain present at the complaint cell of AGE B/R area mentioned in CA. Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area and deploy adequate sewage cleaning machinary/ equipments to clean the line and open blockages. Rates quoted shall be deemed to have considered in the items all such contingencies. 3. In case of non availability/ absence of any of minimum required man power , the recovery for the same shall be effected @ Rs 500.00 per day for the absence period proportionaly.4. If necessiated by the Engr-in-charge/GE for work on Sunday/ holidays, the contractor shall provide tradesmen with helpers.5. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained by contractor and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. |
