(d) The hydraulic boom lifter shall be a wheeled self-propelled vehicle with adequate outriggers/counterweights to ensure stability and safe operation during lifting and working at height. (e) Safety & security of the manpower engaged for execution of the work, including compliance with all applicable safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor. |
