| 1 | Providing botonist/arborist- Horticulturist having minimum qualifications of Bachelor's or Master degree in Botany forestry, horticulture, agriculture science or equvilant. The Botonist/Arborist should have minimum 3 years experience & shall be responsible for supervision of entire horticulture/landscape development under the contract for healthy growth & maintenance of landscape areas to best standards. The Botonist/Arboriculturist shall also be responsible. Minimum Wages & other Statutory Charges details as payable to the labour/manpower engaged under the contract shall be as under:Basic Pay - Rs.40000.00 EPF @13% upto 15000/- - Rs.0 ESI @3.25% - Rs.0 Total - Rs.40000.00The minimum wages payable to Botonist/arborist shall be Rs. 40,000/- per month as per the breakdown details given above. The bidder is required (shall be entitled) to quote service charges per person that would be charged by him for provisioning of manpower subject to minimum 3.85% over the amount of Rs. 40,0000/-. The Bidder may quote any percentage of charges as per his calculations & estimation, however in no case the service charge should be less than 3.85%or minimum service charges, however Contractor may quote higher sservice charges as per his discretion. The quoting of lower percentage than 3.85% towards service charges may result in to tender being considered as non-responsive. (1 Nos X 12 Months = 12 Month) |

The bidder is required (shall be entitled) to quote service charges per person that would be charged by him for provisioning of manpower subject to minimum 3.85% over the amount of Rs. 24361/-. The Bidder may quote any percentage of charges as per his calculations & estimation, however in no case the service charge should be less than 3.85%or minimum service charges, however Contractor may quote higher sservice charges as per his discretion. Minimum Wages & other Statutory Charges details as payable to the labour/manpower engaged under the contract shall be as under:Basic Pay - Rs.18456.00EPF @13% upto 15000/- - Rs.1950.00 ESI @3.25% - Rs.599.82 Total - Rs.21005.82The minimum wages payable to Mali shall be Rs. 21,005.82 per month as per the breakdown details given above. The bidder is required (shall be entitled) to quote service charges per person that would be charged by him for provisioning of manpower subject to minimum 3.85% over the amount of Rs. 21,005.82. The Bidder may quote any percentage of charges as per his calculations & estimation, however in no case the service charge should be less than 3.85%or minimum service charges, however Contractor may quote higher sservice charges as per his discretion.
