2S.T.P. with CO- TREATMENT PLANT.
3Survey, soil investigation, quantitative and qualitative testing, hydraulic and structural design/ drawing (including vetting from any renowned Engineering Institution) Supply of all labour, material,T&P etc and Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 7.50 mld Capacity With 9.00 KLD Co treatment including Pre- Treatment(Latest Independent Technology). The cost includes cost of suitable foundation, Inlet chamber, pre-Treatment units (including one stand-by unit), Primary/Secondary treatments, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity, Sludge thickening, Sludge dewatering. The STP shall be fully automatic based on PLC/ SCADA with real time remote monitoring system and Online effluent monitoring system with provision for access from state level Master Control Station having state of art turbo-blowers, inlet/outlet analysers, corrossion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates. The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, Level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors,Inlet and outlet and other required instrumentations including IP based CCTV cameras installed at various location during construction and O&M period. The Cost also includes DG sets,Electric Substation, Transformers,Pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, Store room, admin block, and other required buildings including toilet for labours and staff.The quality of treated effluent shall be as per CPHEEO Manual/NGT Norms for agricultural uses, which is PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil&Grease-10 mg/l, BOD 10mg/l, COD-30 mg/l, Residual chlorine-nil, TKN-10mg/l, NitrateN-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100ml, Dissolved P-5mg/l (preferable2mg/l) or its latest ammendments. The STP shall be able to treat the sewage and cotreatment of raw sewage having concentration level as per the CPHEEO Manual.(Civil Works 60% and E&M Work 40%)
4MAIN PUMPING STATION 8 M DIA (9.50 M DEPTH)
5Soil investigation, design/ drawing (hydraulic and structural, E&I etc), Supply of all labour ,material T&P etc, and Construction of MPS of 8 M DIA (9.50 M DEPTH) average flow 25.57 MLD (peak factor 2.25 i.e. 57.54 MLD peak flow) interconnection of gravity main in MPS and rising main into STP inlet at proper level and alignment including hydraulic testing, Metering room, H.T. panel room, Transformer and D.G.platform, screen channel, Gate valve chamber, Sluice valve chamber, Air valve chamber, common header chamber, bypass system etc complete for proper completion of work in all respect. including Supply and Installation of Raw sewage Pumping Plants, Screen & gates, D.G. Set, Electric Sub Station, Safety Items for MPS and 3 Months Trial and Run for MPS (Including Electricity charges, Oil & Lubricant, Staff for Operation & Maintenance)
6INTERMEDIATE PUMPING STATION 6 M DIA (7.00 M DEPTH)
7Soil investigation, design/ drawing (hydraulic and structural, E&I etc), Supply of all labour ,material T&P etc, and Construction of IPS of 6 M DIA (7.00 M DEPTH) average flow 5.01 MLD (peak factor 2.25 i.e. 11.31 MLD peak flow) , interconnection of gravity main in IPS and rising main into MPS inlet at proper level and alignment including hydraulic testing, Metering room, H.T. panel room, Transformer and D.G.platform, screen channel, Gate valve chamber, Sluice valve chamber, Air valve chamber, common header chamber, bypass system etc complete for proper completion of work in all respect including Pumping Plants, Screen & gates, D.G. Set, Electric Sub Station, for IPS & 3 Months Trial and Run for IPS (Including Electricity charges, Oil & Lubricant, Staff for Operation & Maintenance)

9Hydraulic Design, Structural Design and Supply of following sizes DI pipes Class K-7 including all joints materials, such as rubber gaskets cartage to site store, loading, unloading, insurance, taxes exercise etc.
