Dte. for testing of all parameter of water sample received from facilitators of different block and water sample collected as an when to be required by facilitators from water supply scheme or from any spot source under the jurisdiction of Sub-District Labs and uploading the test result at PHE dashboard through Semaphore immediately after completion of water testing and water testing result will be entered into the register regularly as per direction of EIC.Remuneration details:-i)Chemist-01No @ Rs.16500/- per month ii)Bacterilogist -01 No @Rs.16500.00/- per month iii) Lab Assistant -01 No @ Rs.12000.00/- per month |

Dte., including cleaning of all toilets, urinal, all floor, stair, all glass & aluminium and Iron Doors & windows & other item, Chair, Table, Almirah, etc. including periodical Cleaning of roof and outside area of office premises, water tank including routine maintenance of all toilets fittings, water & plumbing pipe line and all ceiling fan, wall mounted & pedestal fan etc. as per direction of EIC. |
