Name of Work:- Repair and up-gradation of road from NISCO Housing more to Hindi vidyamandir with Paver Block in Howrah Nischinda Area.

1Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under laying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) For depth upto 100mm.
2Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification Note: Add cost at site of the materials to arrive at the complete rate. The compaction factor is 0.70. (The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of stone dust
3Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with graded as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63 (2018),from BIS licensee manufacturer,with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks,as per CL. No.3.26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to the thickness of a paver block,as per Cl.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flectural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658, on the prescribed base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63) and completing the edge with cut blocks as per Cl. No.8.7 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction,levelling and filling up of the edge gaps. 100 mm thick. Grey.
4First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials.(a) In 1:4 proportion.
5Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar(a) 20 mm thick plaster
6Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m
7Excavation for Structures Earth work in excavation of foundation of structuresnas per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means.a) upto 3 m depth(i) With pumping out water including shoringas required.
8Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
9Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stonechips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering andreinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (i) Pakur Variety
10Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stonechips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering andreinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (i) Pakur Variety
11Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initialstraightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size andconforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and directionof Engineer-in-charge. (ii) a. Tor Steel rods / HYSD bars / TMTbars (SAIL/ TATA/ RINL ) conforms to IS -1786)
12Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.
13Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplasticb Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
14Supplying, fitting and fixing C.I. square jalli. (iv) 300 mm
15Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
16Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part-II):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for nonpressure underground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. (i) 150mm internal dia.
17Constructing Inspection pit of inside measurement 600mm X 600mm X upto 600mm (depth) with 250 mm thick 1st. class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) on all sides, bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling, 15 mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside walls and out-side walls upto G.L. and 20 mm.thick (1:4) plaster to bottom of the pit, providing necessary invert with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips as per direction, neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces, top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings, necessary earthwork in excavation in all sorts of soil, filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoils after work complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials.i) With Pakur variety. (SAIL/TATA/RINL)
