(2) Design, fabrication, and erection of mounting/support structure, including fixing, anchoring, and alignment, ensuring structural stability and safety as per site conditions and finalized display size. (3) Installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete LED Video Wall system, including power distribution, signal routing, configuration, calibration, and trial runs to achieve satisfactory performance. (4) Deployment of adequate skilled and qualified technical manpower for operation, monitoring, control, and troubleshooting of the system during the entire hire period. (5) Continuous watch & ward, safety, and protection of the installed system against damage, theft, or malfunction during the hire duration.(6) Dismantling of the complete system after completion of the event/function and safe transportation of all materials, equipment, and accessories to and from the site. Hire Period:The hire period shall be four (4) days, comprising three (3) days prior to the main event day and one (1) day on the main event day.Condition regarding commencement of hire period:The hire period shall commence only after successful testing, commissioning, and handing over of a fully functional system to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and Divisional adminstration . The installation period shall not be counted towards the hire duration.Rate to be inclusive of:All labour (skilled and unskilled), supervision, tools & tackles, lifting arrangements, transportation, loading and unloading, fuel, consumables, statutory compliances, safety measures, insurance, and all incidental charges whatsoever required for satisfactory completion of the work, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
