Bids Are invited for Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Cctv, Epabx, Fids; --; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); Monthly; No - All Inclusive Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Aiacmc) Of Fids, Epabx System, Cctv System, With Associated Network Elements/ Components Etc Installed For New Terminal Building, City Side Parking Area, Air Side Of Surat Airport As Per The Attached Inventory Including All Hardware, Software, Updation, Minor Modification/ Alteration Of Software, Extension Of Validity Of Licence, Including Other Works As Mentioned In Scope Of Work, Carrying Out Monthly Scheduled Maintenance, Attending Unlimited Breakdown Calls, Submission Of Service Report, Replacement Of Defective Components For Attending The Breakdown Of The System/Equipment By Supplying Spares & Consumables As And When Required Including Carrying Out Mandatory Test At Site, Etc As Per General & Special Conditions Of Contract Complete As Required As Specified.Note: Following Shall Be Provided By Agency & Are Included In The Contract.
