| 1 | Providing, fabricating and installing approved Digital Infographics Wall Graphics comprising supply and installation of 8 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Backing Board of approved make and quality, complete with cutting, shaping, routing, edge finishing, joint treatment, concealed fixing arrangements, mechanical fasteners, adhesives, aluminum supports, spacers, framework and all accessories required to achieve a smooth, level and durable finished surface. The WPC backing board shall serve as the substrate for application of 3M™ Scotchcal™ Graphic Film IJ180C-10 White Opaque Cast Vinyl (4.3 mil thickness) with pressure-sensitive adhesive, digitally printed using OEM-approved UV, Latex or equivalent technology utilizing GREENGUARD GOLD Certified OEM inks. The graphic film shall be GREENGUARD GOLD Certified, suitable for sensitive indoor environments including schools, healthcare facilities and commercial buildings, and shall provide excellent dimensional stability, superior image reproduction, long-term durability, high-resolution print quality and excellent adhesion characteristics. The material shall be phthalate-free, low VOC emitting and manufactured in accordance with recognized environmental sustainability standards. The complete graphic system shall comply with GREENGUARD GOLD Certification, RoHS Compliance, REACH Compliance, EN 13501 Fire Classification, ASTM E84 Class A / Class I Surface Burning Characteristics, NFPA 701 Fire Test Requirements, ASTM E662 Smoke Density Requirements and other applicable OEM-supported certifications for interior architectural graphic applications. The entire printed graphic shall be protected with 3M™ Scotchcal™ Matte Overlaminate 8519, providing a premium anti-glare matte finish with resistance against abrasion, scratches, fading, discoloration, moisture, routine cleaning chemicals, mild acids, mild alkalis, salt exposure and normal wear and tear. Surface preparation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with OEM recommendations and installation shall be executed only by trained and OEM-authorized applicators using approved tools and installation methods to ensure wrinkle-free, bubble-free and defect-free application with proper alignment, edge sealing and finishing of all joints, corners and terminations. The contractor shall submit OEM Technical Data Sheets, Product Data Sheets, Material Authenticity Certificates, GREENGUARD GOLD Certificates, Fire Test Certificates, OEM Authorized Installer Credentials, Artwork/Image License Certificates (where applicable), Installation Completion Certificates and OEM E-Warranty Certificates. The complete system comprising 8 mm WPC Backing Board, 3M™ Scotchcal™ Graphic Film IJ180C-10, OEM Certified Digital Printing and 3M™ Scotchcal™ Matte Overlaminate 8519 shall be covered by an OEM-backed electronic warranty for a minimum period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of installation and acceptance, covering cracking, peeling, edge lifting, delamination, adhesive failure, excessive fading, shrinkage beyond OEM tolerance limits and graphic deterioration under normal indoor service conditions. In addition, the contractor shall provide a 60-month installation workmanship warranty against bubbling, lifting, wrinkling, joint failure and other workmanship-related defects. The rate shall include all materials, labour, transportation, installation, testing, documentation, warranty, wastages and all incidental works required for complete execution of the work as per approved drawings and specifications.NOTE 1):- Supply and fixing of above material must be make of 3M only and Authentic Quality certificate from the 3M company will be submitted by agency after execution of work. |
