61Drilling of bores as per IS 2800-1979 using ODEX 115 (Tubex) attachment required drilling in alluvial, boulder, pebbles, gravel, rockey stone, sticky clay etc. including cost of attachement consumable stores, bits, water POL etc.complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125 mm nominal bore 7.0 mm thick MSERW fin cut casing pipe complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.
62Supply & Fixing of 125 mm dia 7.0 mm thick as per IS 1239/4270 MSERW fin cut casing pipe from approved manufacturers complete in all respect.
63Supply and fixing of suitable Casing shoe of EN-24 Steel as per requirement of ODEX Attachment complete in all respect.
64Construction of a filtration chamber ( top of the chamber structure (including cover) should be kept 100 mm above the natural ground level to prevent surface runoff ingress ) around an India Mark II handpump for groundwater recharge or greywater filtration purposes including Excavation a circular pit of 2.0-meter diameter and 3.0-meter depth around the handpump location,Construction a circular chamber with brick masonry using class-I bricks in cement mortar (1:5) to a wall thickness of 4 inches (approx. 100 mm) in which Inner surface of the brick chamber to be plastered with 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:5 mix) for waterproofing and structural integrity Providing a 100 mm thick concrete chamber base using M10 grade concrete (1:3:6) or PCC with Above the base, lay filtration media in the following sequence (from bottom to top), each layer of 600 mm thickness ( Layer 1: Boulder 40–60 mm size,Layer 2: Gravel 20–40 mm size,Layer 3: Coarse sand 2–4 mm size,Layer 4: Crushed charcoal 5–20 mm size,Layer 5: Fine sand 0.5–2 mm size ) placing stainless steel (SS) mesh or GL above the base concrete to prevent migration of filter media and allow even distribution of water providing a two-piece rust-proofed with anti-corrosive painted mild steel (MS) cover with handle and locking arrangement for maintenance access with an overflow pipe connection at the top of the chamber to prevent water stagnation during peak inflow complete with material , labour and T&P as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
