Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Cosmetic Maintenance Contract Work Of Amd Office Complex Cum Laboratories, Central Stores Dps Wadi And Residential Complex For The Period Of Two Months From Date Of Commencement Of Work - Daily Sweeping, Cleaning, Wet Mopping & Removing All Dust Cob - Webs & Dirt Of Office -Cum-Laboratories & Kitchen/Dinning Hall Of Canteen And Laboratories Furniture Of Amd Complex In All Cabins/Rooms/ Corridors/ Lift Floor And Side Panels/All Staicase Lobbies, Entrance Foyers, Service Counters,All Common Areas Etc. (As Per Details Given Below) Having Different Floorings Like Carpet, Ceramic, Mosaic, Vitrified,Ips, Kota Stone, Granite, Pvc, Wooden Or Any Other Type Flooring Using Brooms, Soft Brushes, Etc As The Case May Be And Collecting The Swept Materials And Dumping At The Garbage Bins As Directed By The Officer-In-Charge. Note: 1. Mopping Shall Be Done With Phenyl Water Except On Carpet Area.2. Before Sweeping All Waste Paper Baskets Are To Be Emptied And The Waste Collected Should Be Dumped In The Garbage Bins/Dumping Point3. The Cleaning Operation Of All The Corridor , Lifts & Stair Case Areas, Lobbies, Entrance Foyers , Service Counters , Canteen And All The Common Areas To Be Done Twice In A Day. , Daily Washing, Cleaning And Mopping The Toilet Water Cooler Areas Located In Office Cum Laboratory Of Amd Complex Twice In A Day- Once With Phenyled Water And Second With Plain Water In Common, Officers, Ladies & Gents Toilets Including Cleaning ,Washing & Scrubbing Glazed Tiles Flooring, Dado, Urinal Pans & Channel, Urinal Partitions, Iwc & Ewc, Wash Basins, Granite Counter Tops, Shelves And All Sanitary Fittings Like Bib Cock,Stop Cock,Pillar Cock,Flush Tank, Towel Rods Mirrors Etc. With Suitable Cleaning Powder/Cleansing Agent & Scrubbed With Appropriate Brush Etc. Glazed Surfaces Should First Be Applied With Thin Paste Of Cleansing Powder/ Agent And Rubbed Uniformly With Cotton Waste/ Plastic Soft/ Sponge For Complete Cleaning Including Removing All Types Of Chokes Carefully From The Wash Basins, Urinals, W.C., Floor Traps,Nahani Traps,Vertical/Under Floor/ Consealed Ci/Gi Pipes Upto Gully Traps And When Required By Choke Remover/Rodding Or Other Suitable Means Whereever Found Necessary Including Throughly Removing The Dirt Lying In & Around The Area And Disposing Off The Collected Watse At The Dumping Yard Near Incinerator Inclusive Of All Cost Of Of All Tools & Equipment And Labour, Safety Equipments For Carrying Out The Above Cleaning Etc. All As Directed By Officer-In-Charge. , Daily Sweeping And Cleaning Of All Internal B.T/Cc Roads, Open / Covered Car, Scooter Parking Sheds, Foot Paths, Pavements, All Open Areas, Etc. Including Removing The Chokages/ Blockages Inside The Sewer Lines And Manholes And Removing Of Dried Leaves Or Any Other Material From Openings/ Mouth Of Storm Water Drain Lines And Collection Of Waste And Disposing Off The Collected Waste In To The Designated Muncipal Dust Bin Including Cost Of Materials, Tools & Plants, Safety Equipments, Scaffolding In Case If Necessary With All Leads And Liftslabour, Etc.Complete All As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. (Frequency Of Sweeping And Cleaning Generally Shall Be Daily In All Working Days And 5 Days In A Week) , Vaccum Cleaning Of Carpet Areas In All Rooms , Conference Hall, Director/Rd/Drds Office Of Amd Complex (Vaccum Cleaners Will Be Provided By The Department As And When Required Basis) As Directed By Officer -In-Charge. , Cleaning/ Clearing Of Terrace And Chajjas & Dusting Off Window Glass Panes ,Ventilators / Louvers Glasses , Aluminium Shutters, Aluminium Fixed Panels,All Types Of Door Shutters Of Office Rooms, Toilet Doors,Panelled Doors Of W.C, Staircase Hand Rails,Balusters, Notice Boards, Service Counters, Loft Coverings, Shafts Of Toilets, Rolling Shutters Etc. In All Rooms & Locations Of A & B Blocks And All Other Buildings Located In Amd Complex, Including Cleaning With Wet Cloth, Washing With Soapwater And With Plain Water Wherever Necessary Without Causing Damages To Adjoining Areas, Water Cooller Area Etc. Including Cost Of Materials, Safety Equipments,Scaffolding, Tools & Plant,Labour Etc. Complete All As Directed By The Officer-In- Charge. (Frequency Shall Be Once In Every Three Months) Note: 1. Minimum 2.0 Ltr. Colin Shall Be Used For One Time Operation , Removing The Chokages/ Blockages From Gully Trap Chamber/ Inspection Chamber / Manholes ,Water Closets & Drainage Lines By Rodding Or Pvc Hose Pipe With Water Pressure Jet Including Removing The Sludge/Dust/Roots/ Any Other Foreign Material Settled Inside The Manhole/Drain Lines And Disposing Off The Removed Material Within A Lead Of 200 M And Cleaning The Manholes And Drain Lines With Fresh Water, Etc., Complete With Cost Of Materials, Labour, Ladders, Tools & Plants, Safety Equipments, All As Per Specifications And Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge.
