Tender for Providing Supply Of Drinking Water Through Private Lorry / Tractor (At Hire Basis) In Ward Nos 1 To 33 At Attur Municipality , Conveyance And Supply Of Drinking Water Through Private Lorry / Tractor Of 6000Lits Capacity Including The Cost Of Conveyance From Water Source To Required Places/ Premises / Location As Directed By Officials And Also Including The Hire Charges, Fuel Charges For Running And Handling Charges And Driver/Cleaner Payments, Other Incidential Charges And Testing Of Water Etc.Complete As Per Standard Specification And As Directed By Municipal Officials ,With Following Conditions 1.The Contractor/Supplier To Supply The Water Suitable For Drinking . 2. The Contractor/Supplier Should Attach /Submit The Test Report For The Water Potable(Drinking Purpose) From The Government Authorized Lab/College 3.The Contractor/Supplier Should Supply At Any Location With In Municipality Limit And At Any Time As Directed By Departmental Officers. 4.The Contractor/Supplier Should Submit The Vehicle Details Like Rc,Insurance,Pollution Certificate ,Etc (In Live) 5. The Contractor/Supplier Should Submit The Driver Licence Certificate,And Any Other Id Proof(Aadhar Id,Voters Id Etc) Including Assistant/ Cleaner If Any 6. The Contractor/Supplier Should Use The Vehicle In Good Condition 7.If Any Discrepancies In The Documents And Details (Like Fradulent Practice),The Tender Cancelled Immediately Without Any Intimation.(Rates Are Excluding Gst) A)Including Cost Of Drinking Water( From Water Sources Suitable For Drinking And Lab Test Approved) , B)Excluding Cost Of Drinking Water(By Using Departmental Drinking Water)
