Cover the frame with plasticmesh and lay a geotextile layer on the top of the frame to protect plant roots from directsunlight, capture falling organic matter and prevent weed colonization. Secure the geotextilelayer to frame with cable ties. Use locally native plant such as canna indica or similar type (minimum 16 nos per 4 sm area ) which can purify water by absorbing nutrients and toxic gasesin water that trive in water and will not outgrow the floating wetland . The rate should includeall materials, labour charge and related cost, including monitoring and maintaining floatingwetland for one year.
