| 14 | Note for item No 1 to 13 : - (i) The comprehensive maintenance of lifts will be done through the respective existing OEM of lifts i.e. Platinum Agreement for M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd and Kone Care Agreement for M/s Kone Elevator India Pvt Ltd, Gold Agreement for M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and M/s Evaan Elevator Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of RS 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on Page No 130 to 132 from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. M/s TKE India Pvt Ltd and M/s Kone Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and M/s Evaan Elevator Pvt Ltd within twenty eight days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude with respective OEM of lifts and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and Tax invoice.(iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. | 15 | Note for item No 1 to 13 : - (i) The comprehensive maintenance of lifts will be done through the respective existing OEM of lifts i.e. Platinum Agreement for M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd and Kone Care Agreement for M/s Kone Elevator India Pvt Ltd, Gold Agreement for M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and M/s Evaan Elevator Pvt Ltd.
