| 1 | Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of Bitumin VG-10 and putting in SDAC of VG -30 as specified for required thickness as per Ground Condition and rolled with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete as specified and directed by Engr in charge. |
| 2 | M&L preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG -10) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with paving bitumen all as specified and as directed. |

Mix shall be obtain from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only. |

| 5 | M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimunm 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' termoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers termoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per table No. 800.4 of MORTH specification incl spraying glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
