| 2 | Material and labour for perodical inspection of 66/11 KV MRS testing of power transformer and Testing & caliberation of relays of C&R panel and 11 KV incomer by Senior Executive Engineer of PSPCL Division Bathinda complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.Note :-1. The caliberation of the relay shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The required amount for execution of this item is required to be deposited by the contractor at the office of SE of PSPCL Bathinda. The receipt of the amount deposit should be submitted by the contractor at the office of GE(AF) Bhisiana for claming RAR payment3. Rewinding of the unserviceable transformer shall be carried out at workshop within week time after getting direction from GE excluding transit period otherwise penalty shall be imposed for Rs.2000 per day. |
| 3 | Material and labour for testing of oil including collection of final sample of transformer oil for testing of power Transformer (before and after dehydration ) in borosil container of capacity of 5 Ltrs and sending the transformer oil sample to PSPCL oil testing lab patiala by the contractor. Due care for following tests and submission test report of OLTC & main body complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :-(i) Tan Delta Test(ii) Specific Resistance Test(iii) Brake Down Voltage Test (iv) Water Content Test(v) Total acidity(vi) Interfacial tension(vii) Flash point(viii) Sediment or sludge(ix) Dissolved Gas analysisNote:- 1. The required amount for execution of this item is required to be deposited by the contractor at the office of SE of PSPCL. The receipt of the amount deposit should be submitted by the contractor at the office of GE(AF) Bhisiana for claming RAR payment. |
| 4 | Material and labour for Prepration of old aluminium painted surface of all steel structures of 66 KV line inside the grid , CTs, PTs, isolators (03 Nos ) and lightening arrestores complete including scratching down the old painted surface by emery papper or thinner and finishing the surface smooth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 5 | Material and labour for attending breakdown /inspection of HT 11KV VCB by authorised service engineer to check and replace any minor spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:-(i) Maintenance/repair shall be carried out by authorised service engineer. (ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor without any additional payment. (iii) Any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost will be paid. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item (v) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbaly.(vi) Thereafter Rs. 1000/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Material and labour for Minor servicing, calibration and testing of 11KV HT relay provided with VCBs HT panel of any make and type such as instantaneous earth fault, auxiliary relay, earth fault, under voltage, over current relay and adjustment the time for proper tripping with respect of MES/State Electricity Board incoming tripping with the relay testing equipment by the authorized service engineer and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 7 | Comprehensive preventive maintenance of PLC based AMF control panel including any relay/PLC setting , servicing and replacement of minor spare parts, Checking complete wiring , replacing damaged or burnt thimbles ensuring tightness of each connection, cleaning from inside and surface replacing gaskets etc including testing in presence of Engineer-in-Charge for each sequence of operation on every mode of operation after obtaining proper shutdown complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 8 | Material and labour for attending faults in PLC based AMF control panel and re-starting the same with testing of operation to be done in presence of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-1. Report of each fault, rectification and testing status shall be recorded in a register maintained by the contractor with signature of Engineer-in-charge. RAR payment shall be made only after submission of report to Engr-in-Charge. |
