| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 kVA Three-Phase Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, naturally oil-cooled, indoor type, suitable for operation on 3-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz AC system. The stabilizer shall be designed to maintain jerk less output voltage at 415 V ±1% for an input voltage variation from 350 V to 460 V confirming to BIS 9815 (Part-II).The vltage stabilizer shall have efficiency not less than 98% and shall be free from distortion in wave forms. The unit shall be complete with servo-controlled voltage correction system, copper-wound transformer, oil-immersed construction, protection against overload, short circuit and over/under voltage conditions, digital metering/indication for input and output parameters, necessary control circuitry, terminal arrangements, foundation hardware and all accessories required for satisfactory operation, complete all as specified and dircted. |

| 4 | Description all as per item No 1 here in before but cpacity 100 kVA complete all a specified and directed.Note for Item No 1 to 3: (a) Servo voltge stabilizer shall be conforming to BIS 9815(Part-I) : 1994 (Second Revision).The performance requirement should be as per para 9 of the BIS 9815 (Part- I) which is reproduced as under:-(i) The corrector shall keep the outut voltage within ±1% of the rated voltage irrespective of load and input voltage range, as per clause 9.1 of BIS.(ii) the rate of correction of voltage shall not be less than 6 V/s between phase and neutral. The corrector shall be free from hunting during automatic operation, as per clause 9.3 and 9.4 of BIS.(iii) The manufacturer shall state the no load and full load losses corresponding to minimum and maximum rated input voltages. The tolerances on thes declared values shall be provided in Table 7 of IS 2026 (Part-I) : 1977. The no load cureent shall not be more than 5% of the rated output current, ref clause 9.4 & 9.5(iv) The efficiency of servo voltage stabilizer shall not be less than 95% as per clause 9.6 of BIS.(b) The testing of servo voltage stabilizer should be carried out in accordance with para 1.2 of the BIS 9815 (Part-I)(c) Type test report as per clause 11.1 for any rating as per clause 5.1 of BIS 9815 (Part-I) should be produced by manufacturer for the specified capacity / next higher capacity of any voltage range from Govt. Lab / NABL accredited Lab. |

Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.(b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses.(c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. |

The enclosure shall be suitable for outdoor installation and complete in all respects as required complete all as specified and directed. |
