Contractor is expected to consider this aspect while quoting his rates. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained on this account afterwards.(2) Mechanised cleaning vehicle, water jetting machine including fuel and operator, as and when ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. No extra claim shall be admissible during currency of work. |
