| 2 | Dry sweeping of all type of floors i/c the I.T., Tiled, Kota stone floors, staircases, entrances, covered corridors, ramps / elevators, terrace, i/c cleaning of cob-webs etc. within hospital with soft brooms (Phool Jharoo) including collection of all type of debris, dust and waste paper etc. and disposing it at suitable specified locations as directed including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and tackles, material, labour etc. required for complete work as per Instructions in CMO Office ,Pathology, Radiology Operation Theatre, OPD etc. Paying wards, Patient’s relative rest rooms etc. as directed.
