The Bidder shall submit a single consolidated Lump Sum Financial Quote in Indian Rupees (INR) for execution of the entire assignment, exclusive of GST.2. The quoted amount shall be deemed to include all costs associated with successful completion of the assignment, including professional fees, field surveys, data collection, travel, boarding, lodging, local conveyance, GIS mapping, stakeholder consultations, report preparation, presentations, administrative expenses, taxes and duties (excluding GST), and all other incidental expenses.3. No separate payment shall be made by BKDA towards Out-of-Pocket Expenses (OPE), travel expenses, accommodation, logistics, consumables, contingencies or any other ancillary costs.4. The Financial Proposal shall remain valid for the entire contract period and no escalation on any account shall be admissible.5. The Bidder shall submit the Financial Proposal strictly in the prescribed format. Conditional financial proposals shall be liable for rejection.6.
