Name of Work:- M/o various scheme under NA –II/EZ.Repair and maintenance of rain water harvesting system and installation of piezometer with digital water level recorder (DWLR) at Community Hall, Chilla Village.

1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator/ Manual means over areas (excedding 30 cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) Including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and for all lift as directed by engineer-in-charge . All kinds of soil.
2Filling available excavated earth (Excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering. Lead up to 50 m and for all lift.
312mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)
415 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
5Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
6Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specificed grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm niminal size derived from natural sources)
8Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work. a) 150 mm nominal dia Pipes
9Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling gravels of size range 5 mm to 10 mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
10Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specificed grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm niminal size derived from natural sources)
11Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns
12Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
13Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submittingstrata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, upto 90metre depth below ground level . 14Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) upto 90 metre depth below ground level Rocky strata including Boulders 300 mm dia
15Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270, of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a)150 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.00 mm
17Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
18Providing and fixing of non woven Geotextile having thinkness of 400 GSM, Having minimum tear Strength of 250 ASTM D4533,width wise atleast215 ASTM D4533 having puncture strength of 1550 pluse as per ASTM D6241 Having elongation at Brack % of 57 plus as per ASTM D 4595 in Two layers, made out of long fibers to hold the mudules anf protect liner including cutting ,sizing ,head welding, and needle punched for high porosity and proper percolation. Complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
19Providing and fixing of CGWB/GRIHA approved Pure Rain Filter 700mm dia with 300mm dia inlet and outlet to accumudate storm water having desilting suspended solid catcher made out of FRP with strainers steel 304 grade strainers, having steel bucket of 600micron capable of eliminating finer particulate matter upto160mmicron filtration made of SS net with long fibre foam of 25mm thickness, Blue color, filitration capacity 40-80 kiloliters etc. Total height of filter 2000mm including two filter extension of size 600 mm, complete in accordance to the desgin, drawing and specification complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Extra for add for providing & fixing FRP (FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER) based mirofilter drum/ extension of 700 mm dia CGWB/GRIHA approved pure rain filtersdia Accordance to the design , drawing and specification complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
21Providing and fixing UPVC pipe of working pressure 6kg per square cm confirming to IS:4985 including jointing with sealing ring confirming IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion 300mm dia UPVC pipe
22Providing and installing in position FRP Inspection Chamber of nominal size 500x500x500 mm for polymer structure as above, weighing not less than 10 kgs each in an approved manner including FRP cover for inspection chamber weighing not less than 3 kg and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge complete as required
23Constructing brick masonry manhole (silt chamber type) inside size 1.20mX0.90mx1.20m deep with FPS brick class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand ) 150mm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 C/sand: 4 graded stone agg, n/size reinforced with 18.92 kg cold twisted sreel bars 20cm foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 C/sand: 8 graded stone agg 40mm size) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 C/sand) finished with a foating coat of neat cement and providing 75 mm thick bed concrete in 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 C/sand: 4 graded stoneagg . 20mm n/size) including neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design/depth shall be measured from invert level of manhole excluding cost of manhole cover and frame which shall be paid for separately etc. All complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
24Providing and installation in position recycled co-polymer modular Rain water harvesting structure with required number of large plate (685*410 mm, weight not less than 1200Gram ) and small plate (430*410 mm, weight not less than 600 Gram) with +-1% so as to ensure 96 % void volume ratio fixed in arrangements as per specified pattern/design. Four Plate (Small) configurations. Material used is 100% recycled co-polymer. Design of the modules (Large and small plates) is based on water molecule Structure.
