| 2 | Assembling the auxiliary dewatering pump after fixing the sleeves to the shaft, fixing the bushes to the bearing spiders, fixing the CI bush to the housing, fixing the check nut to the shaft and replacing the damaged column pipe 1st from bottom side, thereafter assembling the pump including replacement of required spares, the bottom suction strainer, bell mouth, pump bowl column pipe, column pipes, impeller, impeller shaft, transmission shaft, head shaft, bearing spiders, after fixing the 'O' ring & keys in proper places as per the original alignment. Re-fixing the Pump base, motor stool, coupling with motor, after cleaning all the parts with wire brush/chipping/buffing and painting with one coat of marine quality red-oxide primer, followed by two coat of marine quality paint including and trial run & testing the pump operation etc., complete as per direction of EIC., including cost of all labour charges minor tools, GST etc., but excluding cost of spares required will be supplied by the department on free of cost.
