| 1 | Arrangement of all required safety equipment (i.e safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes, masks, oxygen cylinder etc.) for safety of man power during execution of work. |
| 2 | Making temporary platform for safety working inside the sump for removing the spindles, coupler and gates and removing the same after completion of work. |
| 3 | Repairing & Cleaning of sluice gate guide strips with the help of chemical solution, removing of all the dust / rusts etc. and oiling/ greasing the guide strips for smooth operation. |
| 4 | Removing of gear box & head stocks by cutting and opening of nut bolt etc. with the help of gas cutter/welding set, manual labour & long boom crane etc. |
| 5 | Cutting & removing of central coupler of spindles pin/nut bolt etc inside the main inlet sump with the help of making temporary arrangement of Jhula /temporary platform etc. as required. |
| 6 | Cutting of lower coupler pins, nut bolts etc. with the help of gas cutter, welding set, manual labour & crane etc. as required inside the sump having 30 feet deep and having gas & sewage flow. |
| 7 | Removing the spindle outside the sump with the help of mobile crane. The job includes the provision of hanging the sluice gate at its position with the help of suitable size of SS/MS chain till re-installation of the same at its place. |
| 8 | Repairing of S.S. spindle i/c remetalling, turning, re-threading & polishing etc. as required. Making & fixing the SS pin of required size for lower coupler at sluice gate with nut bolts and washer. The job includes the fixing of the same with sluice gates inside the sump. |
| 9 | Hiring of long boom crane to carry out all works safely. |
| 10 | Repair of gear box, providing & fixing of bush, nut spindle etc. for smooth operation of gear box & sluice gates. |
| 11 | Providing & fixing of thrust bearing. (2 Nos. each gear box). |
| 12 | Providing and fixing of MS bracket (2 Nos for each sluice gate) of required shape and size for smooth and in position proper movement of spindle of sluice gate |
| 13 | Reassembling of sluice gates with both spindles, both couplers, coupler pins, gear box, head stock etc. on their positions and testing commissioning of the same for smooth operation and openings etc. |
| 14 | Painting the complete system with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of enamel paint after cleaning the surface area. |
