| 1 | Repair /Renovation of Hercules make 7.5 Tone EOT Crane installed at HT Pump House of Sayyad Nangloi Sewage Pumping Station. Arrangement of all safety equipments for the protection of staff to execution of work making the working area free from accident/ mishappening during working at site as per NHRC guidelines. |
| 2 | Dismantling of EOT Crane from the upper I Section beam by cutting and removing of pin shaft from the holding system and cutting of other nut bolts with the help of gas cutter required tools & tackles and taking the EOT crane at ground carefully by chain pulley block, man power and other handling equipments as per site requirements. |
| 3 | Strengthening/Repairing of damaged Structure of existing gentry Crane by Cutting, welding & providing /fixing of supporting plate by using of fasteners the job i/c making hole in civil structure by electric hammer drill machine and making straight position and leveling for smooth working of EOT crane |
| 4 | Repairing and servicing of both End Carriage of existing EOT Crane, including wheels with Repairing of Gear Boxes and Electrical Motors along with Brake. |
| 5 | Replacement of SS wire Rope. (100% full length). |
| 6 | Replacement of defective Flexible Cable & Support wire of cable for an EOT crane. |
| 7 | Replacement of Limit switches for UP- Down and cross travel. |
| 8 | Repairing of hook block by dismantling and removing of internal parts, replacement of bearing, making bearing seat on the pin shaft on both side by remelting and machining work. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing of new pinion shaft of gentry for fixing of EOT Crane. |
| 10 | Repairing of gear box of EOT Crane by dismantling removing of all gear making bearing sheet in the shaft and gear on both side by machining work. Including the charges of lubricants/oiling and greasing for smooth working without unnecessary sound. The job includes making the threads in housing for tightly fixing of cover. |
| 11 | Fixing of EOT and all dismantled moveable parts on the upper I section beam by using of chain pulley block and handling equipments with carefully safety arrangement and making the proper balancing with alignment for smooth working with the help of required tools & tackles i/c nut bolts & washer. |
| 12 | Repairing of panel box and replacement of contactor, relay & transformer (CT<) etc. |
| 13 | Painting charges of Complete system with two coat if enamel paint as per required shade approved by department. |
| 14 | Testing & commissioning of complete system on full load. |
