| 1 | Dismantling of existing MS pipe line using a gas cutter, long boom crane, and necessary manual labour, The job includes dismantling and reconstruction of affected civil structures such as SPS walls, flooring, and other components, as required for execution of the work. This job also includes dismantling of exsiting 800MM dia Flow meter. |
| 2 | Arrangement of all required safety equipments (i.e safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) for safety of man power during execution of work. |
| 3 | Hiring of Long boom Crane incl. Diesel, lubricats, driver and helper etc. |
| 4 | Supply of M.S. pipes 800 mm dia made out of 10 mm thick M.S. Plate both side double layer welding. (Length approx 20 M) |
| 5 | Supply of M.S. flange made out of MS plate duly machined and drilling holes to match as per existing flange of 800mm dia, thickness as per site requirement. |
| 6 | Providing/fabrication of M.S Bend 800mm heavy duty as per site requirement |
| 7 | Providing of rubber packing sheet of suitable thickness and size, complete as per site requirement. |
| 8 | Providing of nuts, bolts and double washers of suitable size, complete as per site requirement |
| 9 | Dewatering of line with the help of submersible pumps of suitable capacity as per site requirement. |
| 10 | Double-layer welding of flanges on 800 mm dia. MS pipes from inside and outside to make the joint completely leak-proof, including all consumables, grinding, finishing complete in all respects |
| 11 | Re-installation and commissioning of the existing electromagnetic flow meter complete with gaskets, fasteners, cable reconnection, and all incidental works required for proper functioning after replacement of the 800 mm header line. Any minor fabrication/modification required for proper alignment shall be included. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge |
| 12 | Manual labour employed to execute the above mentioned work (Labour includes, beldar, fitter, electrician, supervisor, helper, welder etc. with gas cutter, L.PG, & Oxygen Gas Cylinder Tools & tackle etc. |
| 13 | Painting the complete job with P.U. Paint inside surface and one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of enamel paint outside after cleaning the surface area. |
| 14 | Transportation charges for T&P, menpower and material of both side including loading & unloading. |
